Since having started these, I have noticed improved sleep as well as better mental clarity! This is a great supplement, but one thing to note is that the level of trans-resveratrol is a little lower than other supplements, however, I take this mostly for the NAD . Helps with immune system and gives me energy.

Really helps with hangovers.  They are a tad large, but easy to swallow. .  They work perfectly when taken 30 minutes prior to a night out.

It is hard to say if I have noticed any changes, but I have definitely been feeling good taking these daily. Want to stay that way. It is difficult to accurately access a supplement for a review.  Some take a long time to get results and by the time they are working, you are not even sure that is what is causing the change.  Other times it is a supplement you have been taking for awhile so there is no change at all.  The latter is the case for me.   I have been using NAD  for awhile and these seem as good as any of the ones I have taken before.  They have a "best used before" date in 2026  writing this review in early 2023 .  The advantage of this particular product is it contains TMG, which is the purported holy grail companion to Nicotinamide supps and it is the liposomal version which is the most bio-available form.   I wish they did not have to use the silica in them for an anti-caking agent.  It seems minor if you only take a single supplement, but when you take several supplements daily as I do, the silica adds up.  That being said, there are worse things they could be using for anti-caking.

You need to do your own research to read about NAD  and it is precursors.  It is a very interesting topic and a lot of people are getting benefits from using these products.  NAD  is the molecule itself and the precursors are nicotinimide riboside  NR , NMN, and niacin.  I am still trying all of these out. I buy these regularly.

This is not an energy drink. I have been taking the precursor molecules for NAD  whether Nicotinamide Mononucleotide  NMN  or Nicotinamide Riboside  NR  for several years now and I do believe they do slow the aging process.  Every one of us started in a very primitive state before we are born and naturally became an adult.  For this discussion let us say that this process takes approximately 20 years.  Its main purpose is to slow the aging process.  And modern medicine is researching this process to keep us healthy as we age.  Today it is believed we can slow the aging process to ultimately extend the healthy life span.  The real measure of this product's effectiveness is to raise a person's NAD  levels compensating for the natural decline in these levels as we age.   Currently, science has demonstrated that both NMN and NR are precursor molecules to NAD  and they can survive the journey from being taken orally and become NAD  in your body, while NAD  cannot when taken orally.  Another solution to this process besides using precursor molecules is to use a liposomal delivery mechanism and more recently such products have been developed.   However, no matter how NAD  is delivered it does appear to play a positive role in the aging process. Skin feels younger. Terrific energy and health.  I have tried a handful of green tea caps but JARROWS is by far the best.  Can not recommend it enough, i tell my friends and coworkers about it! Now i tell you.  Also the price cannot be beat! I take 3-8 caps/day.  This is an active ingredient in another vitamin mix that I am considering taking so I thought I would start with this and work towards another product.

My psychiatrist recommended trying NAC to see if it helped.  I started taking 1000mg per day for the first 2 weeks and then moved up to 2000 and will likely increase again.  Although it has not completely stopped the problem I am seeing huge improvements and it seems to be constantly getting easier to avoid.  I probably would have stopped taking a medication that I really need if it had not been for NAC. After starting a new medication I developed  or had an increased  issue with skin picking.  The pills are a bit large but are surprisingly easy to swallow since the coating is so smooth.  They have a kind of weird taste but it is not very strong and goes away quickly.  I have started taking them with my breakfast smoothie which completely masks the flavor so I am sure taking them with something other than water would have a similar result.  Only time will tell.

Does what it claims it does I noticed the difference in energy level the very next day and that is why I keep reordering.  Very good product. It is a cost effective price for both my husband and I take it. When I was looking for a supplement to support mitochondria and cells, particularly NAD, I chose this one because it is 500 mg with the NMN feature.  Read the research on the importance of NAD  for many reasons and once you do you will understand why this product is a good quality choice for a good value price.  I am not sure it helped my sleep or not because I no longer sleep more than 6 hours, however I do like that it supports methylation and crosses the blood brain barrier.  No complaints about it.

Definitely works for energy and mental alertness and the recommended dose.  I actually wish it would work a little faster, lol, but I would say it works just as fast as a cup of coffee to wake you up.  The taste is great, but then again I think Flintstone chewables taste great as well.  .  The capsules had a faint smell but no taste, and they did not leave an aftertaste later.

I definitely want to keep taking them, but have always had a hard time swallowing them.  I would equate the effects to being similar to one to two shots of espresso without the attendant jitters.  I have been so pleased with the product that I have purchased it multiple times in spite of the somewhat prohibitive pricing.  The most taken during any day has been two tablets with one in the AM  about 9 or 10 AM  and one in the PM  about 2 or 3 PM .  The tablets have a pleasant, bright, citrusy taste without being overly bitter.

I am 60 and feel 25.  I ran down the street the other day.  I tell everyone about it.  I have noticed a difference in my skin and so have others.

I do know that boosting and helping our mitochondria can be very beneficial to our health, so I have been taking this in hopes that it will help support the mitochondria and help with energy and mental clarity.  It is easy to take in the capsule form, but I have not noticed any significant changes. I was occasionally sore but was "recovered" by the next day and did more digging then I ever had. I started taking the NADH again, lo and behold my sinus congestion would clear up each morning almost immediately after taking the NADH.  I am now convinced that this product has been helping my body heal.  After several days of not taking the NADH my sinus inflamed again and lead to a pressure headache, sneezing and mucus.  I am curious to find out what other benefits I am unable to see or feel right now.  I am compelled to order another bottle and stick to the a regimen. I have been using this using this product now a few weeks now and I have not noticed any difference, i. e.  The other product was helping but it was over 4x as much for a 90 day supply, as opposed to the 120 in this bottle, and I had to get the resveratrol separately.  - its still continuing to help.  Now only if they would start to make an more affordable NMN. I have been using NAD enhancers for a little over 6 months now to help with some peripheral neuropathy that developed following chemo.  I like that I only need to take one capsule a day.

Wow!  One note of caution: Be careful, as 2 tablets  recommended on the label  is way too much for some people.  If you find yourself getting dizzy during the day for 4 to 6 hours after taking this product - then scale back your dose to 1/2 what you were taking. When I take this, especially with my Kreb's Cycle vitamins B1, B2, B5, B9 and B12 - I cannot describe the lift from the pit of anxiety, weakness and feeling sick - that this supplement gives.  I am very happy with this product and will continue to use.

I was following a great doctor talking about how critical Liposomal NAD  in cells renewal and how this is designed to help the body with longevity and energy. I have bought hundreds of products from  which, for most worked for me, but this one, NAHD CoQ10, is so far the best! The first time I took it in the morning, it gave me energy rush in minutes! Before I ordered this, I was ta king Midogen, which is way too expensive and did not really notice any change  maybe it did but not noticeable enough  .  I take NADH CoQ10 first thing in the morning.  I also noticed during the that f I est time I took it, I had more energy to put into my spinning class.  Not sure if it was the one that helped me with falling asleep without my Rx sleeping pills.  I still have to double check on that.  I highly highly recommend!.

Frankly, I am willing to try this advanced antioxidant supplement.  I follow the directions to the letter and take one softgel per day.  I was amazed at how my body started to change over the course of the following week and how energized I felt.  At the same time, I am synchronizing my cardio training.  I plan to purchase two more bottles, as I believe it is the NAD and resveratrol that have made such a difference in my body!. just get bogged down with life and forget.  One day I will notice that I am feeling fatigued, have no energy, am not sleeping well, etc and then realize that I have not taken it for a while.  I get right back on it and it takes about a week to 10 days before I am back to my energizer bunny status.  I know of others. . .  I do not consciously stop.  read "younger". . .  who say it works faster for them, but it takes that long for this 56 YO body to get up and going again. .  I have not noticed any huge changes in my energy level.

A well made pill that was easy enough to swallow.  Sealed by an aluminum layer on the top, the pills go down fine.  They do not taste one way or another, but there is no ill effects for taking them thus far.  It is an anti oxidant which helps overall health, and helps fight aging so I got that to look forward to for sure.  I prefer brand Jarrow Formula Green Tea.

Three in one day is way too much for me.  The taste is awful.  My knee which needs a TKR has eased up with pain and increased in functionality.  I went for a four mile run just yesterday.  A very bitter pill to swallow.  Dialed back the dosage to just one a day. This is the best form of NADH, imo. Have been taking NADH for years, because it boosts mental energy and clarity quite noticeably.  Either way, I intuitively feel this is a great brand so thank you! If you have unexplainable fatigue, try NaC!.  I have taken NAD that is non liposomal but now believe that the liposomes help carry the NAD to the cells.  As a trucker, whatever they are spraying in the skies makes me tired.  NaC removes it from my body, restoring my energy.   I also would have tired sometimes scratchy eyes, the NaC restores my eyes to normal. I have been using this for awhile.

My dermatologist recommended I try nicotinamide taken daily, with reference to medical studies done in Australia that indicated nicotinamide can help restore sun-damaged skin.
