Table top goods. I was pretty sold by his delivery of it and the amount of time he's personally put into it.  Of course, it is pretty expensive, but I wanted to try it out.  After using it for a week or so, I can feel my breathing getting stronger.  It takes some getting used to, and like so many things, it requires one to form the habit.  I am glad I got it!. My doctor said my lungs do not fill up as they should and recommended this to stretch the walls that probably thickened while smoking cigs.

Best thing ever!!. This item helped me to learn how to Breathe when my coughing issues start & I am not home.  Really does help.  I like the old fashioned ones that are much cheaper.

Heavy duty and easy to use. A very high quality beautiful product that can be preferred for breathing training.  It has helped me so much I even got an extra one to store in case original one stopped working.

works great when traveling. Exercising your lungs and respiratory system is very important.  After taking a huge breath you push the air out out with cheeks hardened which creates this vibration that you can feel deep in your chest.  You do that over and over again.   You can adjust the vibration both by how you hold the device and the size of ball that you use inside it  it comes with three sizes of balls .  I am using the largest ball and can really feel the vibration in my chest.   I really like using it.  I need to pace myself as it does feel like you are hyperventilating after doing a few of these exercises in a row.  So I break it up during my day.   For the price, this is one very nice, important exercise tool.  I highly recommend it.  Just wash it, tap it a bit, and lay it on a clean towel to dry.

Great for preserving pictures and documents!. Arrived next day.  Easy to follow directions.  Easy to take apart for cleaning.  You can literally get a workout while playing games with this device.

Reliable shredder. I got this for my husbands aunt who has had some problems with her lungs and phlegm.  She said it is super easy to use and it is very easy to clean.  This device is lightweight, compact and portable.  It is very easy for her to take on the go. Nicely designed unit, it helps my spouse strengthen her lung capacity to be able to speak louder.

Wonderful products. I think it depends on the person and why they want to exercise the lungs but I noticed a difference the first day.  I even sleep better and seem to have more energy when my breathing is deeper and this helps with that. Using the product while jumping rope for 2 minutes for 3 weeks and your endurance explodes.

Spur to creativity!. He also has aphasia from stroke so learning how to follow instruction, with something that is easy, is a must.  This device fits the bill.  He got sick early in the year and was on a rotation of nebulizer, O2 therapy and lung strengthening/ diaphragmatic breathing with this device.  His O2 levels were low and this helped tremendously get him to take those deep inhalations easily and strengthen the lungs, which in turn led to a build up of higher O2 concentrations on a regular basis.  It is a great device! I bought one for me as I was diagnosed with apnea and am also a singer and with regular use, I see it has made a world of difference.  During our bout with the virus, I used it to help strengthen as well, along with our nebulizer treatments.  I can not say enough about this device.  During these times I personally feel this is a great device that especially those with lung issues need to make part of their care-repertoire and one doctors need to recommend!. Every time Bas says something; I do it, and it works.

Reusable practice worksheets:name, numbers, alphabet. Works well and it does what is supposed to do, free your lungs of mucus.  I use it a few minutes a day.  Good material, washable and reusable. As I put it, it is phenomenal.

Great to reduce glare. It is not about like or dislike it is a new product in the market so I am giving a try and like anything else you have to have discipline and take the time to use it if not product will not work.  Had easy instructions.

What I have been looking for. Small and compact and easy to use.  Not like the big clunky one I used to have.  Works very well inhaling in or out, just turn it over.  Have nothing but great things to say about this company and product.

Excellent la into te for the price. I had a hard time with RSV coughing up the phlegm.  The exerciser is a visible indicator of how congested my lungs were.  Easy to use and see instantly the progress I was making each time I use it .  I recommend this product.  My lungs feel clearer and it is easier for me to breathe after I use it.

Great lubricant for shredders and other items.. This will accommodate small - medium sized pills but some larger ones will not fit.  It is quick and easy to use and does a good job without crumbling the pill when it cuts.  100% recommend.

Works fine and the price was right . . .. I wanted to get rid of slight lung congestion.  Yeah, there is a learning curve in how to use it, and I am probably not using it 100 percent correctly yet, but I am very happy with my purchase.  And, the price was right.  Read the instructions.

Handy for office and gifts. I love this little breathing trainer, however, it is really not possible to clean the inside of it.  So, that said, I use anti-bacterial soap and run warm water though it to clean it after each use. . . the downside is, if it is not completely dry inside, I breathe in the water residue.  I shake it forcefully about 20 or 30 times while it is drying over the course of a day to get all the water out.  I really like the device, but it is not easy to dry after washing it.  But I still highly recommend it. . . planning to get a second one to use while this one is drying. . I saw some reviews on how this product does not work.

Convenient, easy to use. I am using the Air Physio to improve my lung capacity and hopefully remove flem by strength abdominal muscles which should help expell flem through coughing.  It is easy to use and it disassembles so you can wash it.  This is a great inspiratory trainer.

Just as good as Scotch. Great Value. Since you can only post certain things in these reviews and can not talk about the efficacy of the products, all I can say is that the product is as expected, no disappointment.  I am not as disciplined but when I am, this really works to improve my breathing.

Great products!!!. As someone who has developed asthma in my mid 50s I was a bit skeptical.  I purchased and hoped for the best.  To my surprise this thing actually works! The first two times I used it I was spitting up phlegm that I normally could not bring up.  It is easy to master and I found the angle of the device is key as you blow into it.  My own routine is to make 20 blows twice a day.  I have even reduced the number of times I use my Albuterol through out the day.  It works, just do not get frustrated if you can not get it working at first.  Functions as advertised.

Wonderful product and does not peel. I have COPD and I have slowly found it more difficult to breathe.  I was looking for a simple device that would hopefully help me to exercise my lungs.  This device is going to be most helpful and allow me to monitor my progress.  I have been using while observing my O2 percentage and getting good results  On reading through some the comments it seems that people have been blowing into this device instead of sucking air through it.   To work properly you should suck through the mouthpiece for as long as you can, so that the red ball lifts up.  Then remove the mouthpiece from your mouth and breathe normally for about ten seconds.  Then repeat the process until you can hid the red ball up for ten seconds before moving to the yellow ball.  Depending on the level of exercise you want to get from it is what will determine the size metal ball you use.

Perfect size for medical marijuana card. My 69 years old mom recently had Pneumonia a few months ago - stayed at the hospital for a week and need to exercise her lung ever since to bring it back to at least close to normal.  This device works perfectly - her oxygen before use was pretty low at 92-93 but after a few blows her oxygen went up to 99 right away and goes up to 98-99 everytime after each use.  This is a great product if you have to exercise your lung like my mom.  This device is way more hygienics and also way smaller, makes it very convenience to carry along for travel or just outside of home - she can just put it in her purse simple as that.  Phenomenal device - Highly recommend! .  So far so good.

they work pretty good.. to early to determine progress, next breathing test in January. I found the app to be frustrating and a bit dictatorial  it demands you follow a set ‘low impact' regimen for a month  but the device is great.

Pricy but good product. I bought the product for my grandfather.  He was suffering from respiratory distress.  The product is very useful and slowly started to make its effect felt.  I believe it will strengthen her lungs even tho the steel ball just sort of vibrates.

Compact, Empties without Mess. I use the Bas Rutten O2 Trainer whenever I am doing my elliptical routine, which runs for about 30 - 40 minutes.  The O2 Trainer, with the somewhat less than comfortable nose clip, forces me to breathe deeper and more rhythmically, deep into my abdomen.  Normally, my breathing would be a lot more shallow and in the upper lungs, but the trainer forces me to pull each breath in very deeply.  The only minor complaint I might have is the whistling sound the comes with every inhale.  But, I got used to it and it reminds me that I am still alive and breathing.  I am also pleased that I got the blue model.  The olive green just did not appeal to me. This works super well! I have been using this every night and it has improved my breathing a lot.

Great products and Compact. This unassuming lightweight plastic device confirmed it.  What a reality check! I know patients with respiratory issues are often given these tools, but the average person may have never used a breathing-measurement device.  I like how simple it is to use. I know I can use to breathe more deeply.  The device is ready for you right out of the box once you attach the breathing tube to it  it is cleverly stored in the handle .  TIP: Read the instructions so you do it correctly  NOT like my husband, who just grabbed it and blew into it! .  The idea is to INHALE and raise the yellow ball with your controlled inhalation to the middle target area  which displays a smiley face .  Too high or too low means you are breathing too fast.  The beauty of this device is that each time you do the exercise which is kind of like a game, you are improving your lung capacity.  You can literally see your improvement over time by watching the yellow ball's movements.  I suspect nearly all people could benefit from this small device.  I hope this information helps you. Great product, fast shipping!. The device reminds me of my daughter's primary care who prescribed a similar device twwnty four years ago as she would wheeze and use inhaler.  This device being somewhat similar, but only better in that there are resistance levels that can be chosen I am accordance with one's capability and as its increased with training lungs.  Very impressive device, a nice looking package, so with this I can measure health of my lungs both before and after a jog after few days to see if I have improved. Really easy to use and is made out of thick/durable material.

It is good product. I was honestly surprised about this.  I was expecting plastic balls instead of metallic, and then as I started using I noticed from the first breath how weak my breathing was. .  it is been at least 2 weeks now and I am noticing and improvement. . Ever year kept getting bronchitis bad cough after doing the breathing exercises with this device the cough went away had have not had any problems since last January.

Buy this one..... I bought this product for my mother-in-law and she has problems with her lungs.  An easy, lightweight and useful product.  My mother-in-law was happy to see it, but she was not happy with her old product.  It is really a great product for breathing exercises.  Product is a little bit on the bigger side as far as looks, but does not affect the overall training objective.

Good quality and great price. I did two sets of ten exhalations.  At the end of the second set I coughed up phlegm and was immediately breathing easier.  I did a third set but nothing more came up.  About an hour later I started coughing and more phlegm came up.   I have had asthma for years.  I have used another type of lung exerciser that was bulky, but it was not nearly as effective.   This little lung exerciser comes with 3 steel balls: small, medium, and large. The first time I used this lung exerciser I was really surprised.  The larger the ball the more resistance when exhaling.   What I like about this product is the compact size and the fact that it works.  What I am not crazy about is the diamond shape of the mouthpiece.  I think the usual round shape would be more comfortable to use.  It is not a big deal tho.  The main thing is being able to breathe easier and sleep better. I am having issues with lung capacity especially emptying my lungs when tested.

Great for decor!. So I think you have to do like I did and say what have I got to lose except a little time while I am sitting around anyway doing nothing or my butt parked in front of the tv.  It comes with the medium sized ball bearing in it for you with the other two in a separate bag.  And yes READ the instructions front to back.  I mean if you are going to do it at all do it right.  I read through everything to get a feel for what I would need to do and they did a good job explaining how to correctly use it. To be absolutely honest looking at it when it arrived and packaged it so totally looks "gimmicky".   The one thing people may be confused about it the inhaling part.  You do it through your nose OR if you are holding the device in your mouth you could I suppose part your lips slightly to inhale through your mouth NOT through the device.  Exhaling I do feel the way you are having to use more exertion in order to move the ball bearing enough to allow the air from your lungs to pass through.  I definitely feel the vibration through my chest which tells me I am doing it properly.  I may have been a little more forceful than need be the very first time I tried it as I started feeling light headed.  So my advice is to just go slow and easy.  They call it the huff method.  This in and of itself causes a person to think should I even bother trying it, wasting your time, or the fact the image of having it in your mouth even using it is humorous well ok to me maybe.  I understood what they were getting at as I have had chest colds every time cold/flu season hits.  It is when you are contracting your chest and lungs tight, bearing down I guess, and then forcing the remaining air out quickly in a huff to expel the mucus.   After using it I am not embarassed to say maybe I was wrong in prematurely judging what it can do.  I guess I never expected by it is appearance to do much of anything.  From what I can feel using it I think I am going to be relieved to have it when cold/flu season comes around and I am hoping it will alleviate and speed up my recovery clearing my lungs instead of being miserable. At first, it may seem it is easy to blow air and have the balls lifted up.

Perfect Product pouches. So I only used this twice since I purchased it and it definitely brings up the mucus and opens your airway but I noticed I get a bit lightheaded so I can not do it for the recommended length.  Aside from that its easy to use and clean.  It does not require any batteries or charging.

needed it for larger paper projects. I had one of these mini years ago, and this one is just as good when you have asthma, it helps exercise your lungs.  I only wished it brought a face mask band therefore it does not need to be constantly held despite it being light.

It is a great product!. I ordered this exerciser to help me gain better lung function and it has! I walk a couple of miles each morning and use this breath exerciser before I leave and then again when I return.  I am feeling much better, my lungs are clearer and I have more stamina!.  I still can not get all three balls up, but i am doing great.

A darn good unit. Bought this after surgery/anesthesia to help expand the lungs.  Was surprised at how weak they were but used this frequently and was able to get the lungs back to normal in a reasonable time.  Loved the visual feedback of the colored balls. This worked great for my mom with heart issues.

I trim these for smaller tasks but they work great in my machine. The majority of my friends are either distance runners or extreme distance cyclists and they are as well getting hooked on how well this improves their ability to take in oxygen.  After running with this in and then taking it out and running without it, its like Im a machine.  My heartrate drops i can increase my speed over distance, Im just a big fan of this trainer.  I have never worn a mouthguard for sports and I adapted to this within the first 5 minutes easily. What this is doing to my breathing capacity is astounding.  It doesnt make me drool like one review mentioned, which i honestly feel they have just progressed into level to far for their ability and they are drooling for air.  My first use i describe as my lungs started burning and then I felt as if they opened up and I was breathing deeper and better than I ever have.  I wear this doing chores around the house and on 4 mile runs every other day.  I have progressed 1 level in 2 weeks comfortably and am very happy with the quality design and packaging of this product.  This is a great product.

Great for Cheat Sheets. I like this because I need it.  It works fine and does what it should, it is just up to you to do it.  This is compact and easy to take with you on a trip. I have been on oxygen a while.  It comes with a nice travel case but has to be taken apart it carefully packed to fit in it.  It is not hard to use and does offer your lungs exercise to help strengthen them.  There is also the dreaded nasal clamp included which really should be worn for proper use.  Mostly it is just important to use it!. I had to build up to this, I was at the maximum, and then beginning to do squats on the inhales and exhales.

Great sleek machine for home/small office. 5-2 miles. After about 3 miles, my back does not like running so much so I wanted to use this to maximize my cardio within 1.  It is amazing.  I feel like it is working.  Sometimes I will wear it around the house while I am cleaning and stuff.  The nose piece expands slightly but it is really not that big of a deal. Has the sensation of a drag on a cigarette with no harmful smoke.

Perfect for my home office. It reminds to take deep breaths, which are relaxing, and clear my head.  I keep this device next to my keyboard, and I use it when I log in first thing in the morning, and whenever I find myself stressing or in bad posture at my desk.  Besides relaxing you, the extra oxygen is proven to help keep you healthy.  It is easy to use and clean.  Since I have used it, my blood pressure has gone down. They need to feature the breather app with this product.

Quality AND Quantity. I really like this.  It is not complicated to use and it has a compact storage box.  I have found that my lung functioning is greatly improved, as I no longer get out of breath easily.

This is the perfect Product machine for small projects. The booklet provided clear directions and was easy to understand.  My breathing does feel slightly stronger, but it is so hard to really measure that.  The unit is a thick plastic and the balls are steel.  The end screws off easily to clean.  The switching out of the ball is not overly tough, but another system would be nicer. The device arrived in a nice retail package with the 3 balls  1 already installed  and a little booklet.  Hard to complain. . seems to work well. Works as advertised.

CRAZY GOOD VALUE!!!. Basically, any muscle becomes stronger when it has to react against an opposing force.  So here we have a device which, in effect, creates that force to oppose your breathing out and breathing in.  What is nice here is that there is a gauge to give a number to your lung power, so as you practice you can actually see your improvement. I always thought I did not breathe deep enough.  The gauge goes from 30 to 210 and when I first saw I could not get beyond 60 I was a little discouraged.  Then I read the manual and saw that my score was not unreasonable for a person of my age who does not exercise much.  The last breathing exerciser I had did not have a gauge.  All it could do is give you the resistance to work against.  With his device I could finally verify it and start on the road to improving it.  Also it did not have a knob to turn to set the resistance, you had to actually replace a ball bearing in the device with one of larger or smaller size to change the resistance.  You can see why I like this device.  I can not tell you how long it might take you to see an improvement, but any exercise of your respiratory muscles in this manner will be beneficial, and you can feel you are improving your physical well-being even if you can not run five miles every day.  After reading other reviews  like this one  I chose this brand AND this supplier.

Awesome Little products. I looked around and saw all the good reviews with a much cheaper price. I was watching You-Tube one day and an ad came up for one of these breathing devices.  I have asthma and take medicine for it everyday.  My last physical the doctor told me my lungs are in good shape, but wanting to improve my health I decided to try this product.  I am glad I did.  It has helped me increase my breathing. 00.  I used to smoke about 30 years ago and think I have already cleared out some "crap" in my lungs.  I asked a doctor what they thought and said it could only make my life better-not worse-what do you have to loose to try it. !. If you are looking to increase lung endurance without running on a treadmill, this gadget works great.

Love having each size pouch. This device was given by the hospital after I had my gastric sleeve surgery and they told me that it helps strengthen my lungs.  I really felt it was helpful indeed but I did not want to take the one I had in the hospital regarding hospital acquired infections I got afraid about it so I bought myself a new one from .  I got lucky, it is exactly the same one and it also comes with its instruction.  It is pretty easy to use just make sure you really push yourself when you inhale & exhale!. This worked great for my mom with heart issues.

Easy to Use and Quick Solution. I like the old fashioned ones that are much cheaper. I bought this to prevent covid pneumonia.  But  did not have any.  There is no where to hook the tubing to the main part, which is shameful.  Helps when you need a little extra.

Other than the occasional curling of a corner this works wonderfully. It was totally worth the money spent. A nice step up from our old shredder. Since he moved in with us we have gotten a variety of different devices to help him exercise and to keep things varied so they do not get boring.  We have gotten necklaces that look like wistles, devices that look distinctly medical, and several that just seem like toys even if they are super functional.  Most of them feel like a game to use and my wife and I have often found that we like to "play" with them too.  This one is particularly nice in design. Upfront disclosure: I received this item through the  Vine program for review.  It is all plastic  I think ABS .  The vented cover screws off the end of the bowl and inside there is a little funnel shaped piece of plastic that is easily removed.  The device is very compact and easily fits in a pocket.  There were three ball bearings that appear to be stainless steel, though I am not 100% sure they are or what alloy of steel they are actually.   My father-in-law lives with us as he is no longer able to live alone due to health reasons.  They fit in that funnel insert and then with the cap screwed in place they stay in the device quite nicely.  The larger the ball the heavier it is and the greater the resistance to moving out of the way when you blow into the device.  It is easy to use and it amazes me how challenging it can be to keep the ball moved out of the way for longer periods of time.  One of his regular needs is related to lung exercise.  Definitely game like in that regard, especially if you time each other.  Having a variety of these devices is a good idea, but this one is definitely the winner for portability, easy of use, and being wonderfully easy to disassemble and clean..

Simple operation. This works just like advertised, great product. I purchased this after my spouse saw an ad for a new breathing tool which claimed exaggerated results in fitness and breathing capacity.

Put the goods paper in straight. I liked this product a lot! I will be using this frequently to increase my lung volumes. My doctor said my lungs do not fill up as they should and recommended this to stretch the walls that probably thickened while smoking cigs.

Comes with everything you need.. I recently had COVID so I bought this to help me strengthen my lungs.  The previous time I had covid I had to be hospitalized and while being at the hospital they would make me do breathing exercises.  This helped me recover faster and helped my lungs get stronger! Definitely recommend!.  I would recommend this because its low cost but it works really well.

Worked great in my bargain basement products. There i was blowing up balloons and came across this.  Using a valve for this is genius.  What surprised me most: the moth piece soft and comfortable, easy to clean. It is a very successful product even though I have tried it for the first time! This item is Fantastic. For the price you can never loose. I had quite a bit of fluid in my lungs.  The first week, I was struggling to get the first ball to the top and my lungs actually had MORE fluid, it seemed.  But after about a week, I began to notice the fluid was not building up any more after I cleared my lungs.  Then I started getting the second ball to move, then hold it at the top for a little while, Now, a month later, I can honestly say that in my forty years of life, my breathing has never been better. I bought this on a whim, hoping it might improve a respiratory illness I had had for at least six months.  I am able to get all three balls to the top and hold them there -- and it is hard to believe how ill I was all those months.   I love that this actually gives a measure of improvement as you use it -- it is very motivating. It seems to help strengthen my lung muscles after 1 week of use.

Just the way I want it to work.. Then you suddenly realize you are doing it wrong! The idea is to move the yellow ball up in it is chamber.  However, do not move it to the top.  Some force you to blow air out, some force you to suck air in.  You must move it to the center of that column, where there is a happy face, that let us you know you are on track.  Once you do this, you must maintain it.  As you do, the white shuttle starts moving up the larger chamber.  at first.  The key is to measure your breath to keep it suspended at the top, longest. .  This is a particularly challenging product, that really can pay some serious benefits.  Very challenging.  I can get it to the 5000ml mark, but keeping it there for any length of time will be a workout.  I love the challenge, and look forward to it.  It requires suction, and it seems easy.  Another thing I really like is the way they store the hose in the handle.  It is clever, and it keeps you from losing it.  Great exercise for your respiratory system.  Overall, the suction type tend to be hardest  from my experience .  Using this will help you perform better in many sports, as well as benefitting your general health, as well.  Well worth the price.  I am going to enjoy using this device. It is not as easy as it looks!  I own several lung training devices, and I have learned that some a more effective than others. .  Well worth the price.

Perfect to preserve ultrasound pics. Read the instructions. This produces a vibrating motion, which helps break up the mucus in my chest and in return makes it easier to remove it from my system.  Easy to clean.  It is also easy to clean.

Carriers for productss.. It comes with three different size balls. This lung exerciser is undoubtedly the best gift I got for my respiratory system.  For instance, the 16mm ball is ideal for most young adults, while the 15mm and 18mm balls are specially designed for the elderly/kids and athletes.  Using it is very simple.  Put the right size ball at the top of the device, and place the other end in your mouth.  The device generates air pressure vibrations that increase lung capacity and loosen up mucus from airways, helping my breathing.  Repeat it for 5-10 minutes 1-2 times a day, and your lungs will thank you for sure.  I do this while watching TV, it is easy.  It comes with a removable design powered with adjustable resistance.  Device is small and stays in the tray underneath the coffee table so it is always handy.  It even comes with a neat plastic storage container.  I recently started vaping and noticed shortness of breath, like a lot.  Moreover, the material is made up of 100% food-grade plastic.  While I have not found it in me to stop vaping yet, I am at least able to improve my lung capacity with this little exerciser. Easy to apply to your stickers. This has motivated me to keep to my doctor's care plan. A home spirometer is a fantastic idea! I never would have bought one if the pandemic had not made it risky for my doctor to test me at her office.  It can be a bit much to manage pills and inhalers and nasal sprays in addition to my meds for other conditions.  But the SmartOne reminds just how much lung capacity I lose if I do not follow my regime.  The doctor also appreciated knowing my daily numbers over time.  Having the MIR Smartone at home has allowed me to see just how much my asthma treatments help my lungs.  It helped her modify my treatment plan. Great size, perfect for small shred jobs. I breathe easier, however the product will draw some strange looks, mostly due to the fact that you WILL drool excessively. I use this 4x a week, my diaphragm is so much stronger now.  You have been warned!.  Have to keep the flange and stuff clear, but well worth the issue.

I have always had some difficulty in exhaling, and I am prone to fatigue.  After trying this for a few days, it is really effective, easy to use, and easy to clean.  It is also equipped with three steel balls according to the degree. This is an incredible product.  Opened up the remainder of my functioning lungs.   Expanded my ability for long term cardio.  Months later, I am a leaner man.   10 stars if I could!  This helped with an old martial injury: scars in the lungs.   Now, I use this o2 trainer for meditation and deep "tummo" practice.   There is nothing quite like this tool, if you use it properly.   I spent years in agony.   Thank you, Bas.   I write this with tears in my eyes.  Limited by my lungs being filled with calcified tissue.  $50 and my life was forever improved.  It makes a great mist and used every bit of liquid.

The only Product pouches that I buy.. Obviously my lungs are not the strongest or I would not have ordered it.  I found it slightly irritating that I require different settings for inhalation and exhalation, but I think my lungs will adjust with use.  I will mention that I did notice I could feel the effect and improvement after only about 4 days.  I use it right before a workout or run.

Go ahead and get this one!. But I used it and I was sore the next day.  And I think it was from this product.   I am very excited to have something that helps my breathing!  I coughed up some mucus in the shower a couple of days after I started using it. Great hot products. I will take it to my next pulmonologist appointment to compare, if possible.  I love the fact that it is Bluetooth and the ease of use.  When I am open it is high and when I am plugged up it is low.   I wish someone would come up with a  home  Bluetooth blood pressure cuff, pulse oximeter breathing analyzer, and perhaps a thermometer.  I see this sensor I just bought now comes with a pulse oximeter. Out of the box to testing in about 5 minutes! The readings are accurate- if only relatively speaking.   Who knew COPD would have a fun edge to it?.  These devices work just as well as the hand procedures do, and we stopped doing the hand clapping altogether.

They do what they advertise!. Breathing no longer feels natural and effortless, and having used every pharmaceutical treatment available, I was very discouraged.  I saw this, and thought, well it is kind of like an incentive spirometer, but for $50, I am willing to try anything that might give me a little quality of life back.  Between that and constant masking, I developed adult onset asthma.  I have been using this  inconsistently  for two weeks now.  I will continue to use it and update my review. As a Covid nurse, I have had a great deal of exposure, and have been infected twice.  This will be a must have item in my family's medical kit though!. It comes apart easily for cleaning.

Perfect for my home office. The item is well constructed and does exactly what it is made to do, exercise your breathing.  Easy to use and at the right price.  When he was not dealing with spontaneous coughing, he was intentionally coughing trying to cough it out.

Product Film Cartridge. I have not used mine very long but I am very happy with it and it is ver convenient and very comfortable to use/it is been a couple of weeks now and my breathing is getting much stronger and it is very easy to use you do not even need the instructions but it helps explain the extra parts. The material has quality, do not hesitate to buy if you need it.

Easy to setup and use. I purchased this product in 2016 and used while running on my treadmill for 1/2 hr intervals.  Within a few weeks I could feel a dramatic shift in the strength of the diaphragm muscle.  Now I feel almost no pain while bending and feel like the diaphragm muscle is much stronger. I had a traumatic experience and injured my diaphragm in 2010 which caused a hiatal hernia.  With continued use I know the problem will resolve itself completely in due time. This device works as designed and has helped me get my breathing back to normal after an illness.

Fantastic Shredder!. I would have slept it off, alright.  Turns out I probably would not have woken up, but a friend, hearing me take a breath every two or three words, convinced me to go to the hospital.   Then I got stronger and stronger at inhaling and discovered that at higher resistance, the vape type is hard to hold in your mouth.  I told him I had call him back in a few hours after I slept.   He insisted on staying on the phone and was about to call 911 to get an ambulance to transport me but finally I agreed.   And what is actually great about this - I get it now - is that it is made of a slightly flexible material so there is a little give to it.   Anyway, somewhere during my stay at the hospital they gave me an inhalatory breathing exerciser, a thing with a ball in a tube that I had to lift with my inbreath, and they told me to keep practicing at home, which I did.  Eventually what was impossible at the hospital became easy and I started ordering different devices like this one.   I had covid, and I could not inhale hardly at all for around a week, and then it got really bad and I had to go to the hospital.  I used various ones and kept getting stronger, and now I am much stronger than I was before Covid.  I continue to use exercisers because as much as being unable to breathe felt oppressive, being able to inhale with much more than my original strength feels liberating.  I was more and more out of it and finding it harder and harder to do anything, but I thought I had just sleep it off.  It is a positive, enjoyable feeling with every breath.  Hard to quantify that.  That is why - I get it now - this device goes in your mouth like a snorkel and has a seal and a bite-down element.   At the moment, this is the device I like the most.  That was not true until today, because I finally got strong enough where the vape-looking one is too hard to position in my lips without strain.  I was not congested at all, not that I knew, but my ability to breathe was compromised by over 95%, and then in addition to that I discovered I had pneumonia when I was admitted directly from the emergency room.  Now I understand the need for the snorkel thing.  And the flex of the material gives something extra, some give, some tension, some springiness, so that it is better than a hard plastic one, of which there are many.  At that point you need the snorkel bite down type.  And it is easy to wash, something I do fairly often because it is a little gross when it is been used on and off and gone in and out of my pocket.  They are cheap, there are lots of them for sale.   It turned out to be a pulmonary embolism - I thought it was a muscle spasm - and they told me I was hours from very likely dying had I not come in.   I would suggest this for everyone.  Having a strong inhalatory musculature makes it more and more enjoyable to take full breaths and feel oxygenated and alive.   I figured out a trick when I get to the highest setting - I am actually almost there now - and that is to put some tape over the hole and make a smaller hole with a sharp object, or multiple holes if the first one is not enough.  I am not even working out yet and I love it just for normal life.  Pretty soon I will start working out and I am going to use this as I do cardio. I wrote a mediocre review because although this product seemed good for what it was, I thought I preferred the type of inhalation trainer that looked a lot like a vape so I could just use it whenever I wanted in public.   You should buy it.  I do not think there is a better device out there, not even the really expensive ones that have Bluetooth this and that.  That makes the experience of using it more satisfying.  This is the primary, basic object to do the core, beneficial exercise with.  Very easy to put together and use -- easy to take apart and clean.

This device is great.  It is very easy to use, and clean.  In fact, my doctor said, I see you are an athlete.  The device has 6 levels, and I was surprised that you really do have to work to increase on the level.  When my lungs were messed up, level one actually hurt, and I had to stop.  I am definitely back to 100%.  Now, I am at level 4.  I have an oximeter, and usually register 99 consistently, but recently I briefly measured 100, so my lungs are getting stronger.  I said, what do you mean? He said I can see from the test results.  You can tell.  This is not a fake device, and only takes a few minutes to use, and it is compact too. I am in athletic condition.  You can not jump from one level to the next.  You have to work for a time period before advancing.  I got that covid virus and though I had mild symptoms, it messed up my lungs for a time period.  Lung capacity is also important for your life expectancy.  I really love this device, and can actually see using it for a long time to come.  I consistently did lung and breathing exercises on my own to help recover. Got this as a little housewarming gift.

Great for a home office!. You just put one inside the whistle thing and then you exhale into it.  If you are a smoker you will feel it on your lungs rather quickly.  Kind of an eye opener could be very beneficial for people with COPD and similar.  An object that looks like a whistle, and three different sized metal balls.  I would recommend this for people to at least try it because I mean there is not really much you can do to exercise your lungs like that so worthwhile product.  It is pretty easy to use and it makes my lungs hurt but it does get up the phlegm and do it supposed to.  Depending on the level of exercise you want to get from it is what will determine the size metal ball you use.  It felt like my lungs were being awakened from a long slumber.

Great when considering the price.. My pulmonologist suggested this to use a few times a week between my doctors appointments. I love this product because it allows me to keep track of my peak flow and FEV1.  It does not take the place of the pulmonary testing that is done in the clinic but it definitely helps to gage my breathing.  It allows my doctor to help monitor me better.  It is accurate.  The app is free and I can track my symptoms as well as put notes in each time I test.  It creates a shareable PDF chart/graph which I can send to my doctor.   I had testing done the same day I got mine in the mail!  It is very easy to use. This is great to exercise your lungs or to calm down in a panic attack I have used for both.

Simple but efficient products. I want to try to get them back into shape so I can get back to a more active life.  This is the same aid given after surgery to exercise the lungs.  Such a simple, but very affective tool!. My lung capacity has depleted due to lack of exercise with age.  Wanted to try and build my lungs to continue.

share Mavhine. It comes in a small, clear, plastic storage box that holds all pieces. This handy device is so portable you can always keep it close at hand and pick it up when you have a few minutes to spare.  So, on that note, I imagine it could be helpful for any type of horn player, singer, or other musician who's working on expanding their lung capacity.  Since Fall is upon us, I will soon be testing it is assistance with mucus control.  It is inexpensive and works better that more expensive ones, or the one they often give patients in the hospital.  One was sent home from the hospital with the patient, but we wanted another to keep at bedside.

Great Product product!. I quit 3 years ago and just thought I did irreversible damage and I would just have to deal with my breathing the way it was. So far I am a big fan of this.  This has definitely helped to prove me wrong.  I recommend this to anyone that has quit smoking and is looking to build back up their stamina.  I was a smoker for years and really did a number on my stamina.  Never used one before and all I can say "It was an experience" Not bad just different.

The ultimate shredder. Easy to set up and get using.  If you have problems and need a lot of specific things, then be sure to read what the device can do and not do. This works great, no problems.  I have a different model like that and is more comfortable to have in my mouth, but it is more bulky than this one, so it just depends what is important to you, but this one is great and has no brand markings or white sticker displayed on the dial so it looks much classier.

A little work horse. I think the performance and build quality of this device are slightly better than "The Breather".  It is also a decent device but this is nearly half the cost. I bought two different brands.  Does it make your red blood cell count go up like being at altitude, NO!! BUT from my personal experience it DOES strengthen the apparatus which makes the act of respiration possible.

Shreds like crazy. Without, my blood oxygen  BO  was low to mid 80's.  Minimum is 88 and it should be in the mid 90's.  Had pneumonia and have COPD.   Rehab at a location that was 3,000' lower in elevation and could breath fine with no supplemental oxygen and and a BO in the low 90's while exercising.   Returned to Alto and, using this device, was able to breath maintaining a BO above 90 with no supplemental oxygen verifying constantly with my oximeter. Rarely write reviews on  and I buy many products here.  I have also shown this device to several respite therapists and they all bought one to try.   I live in Alto, NM, elevation 7,300'.   If you have breathing issues, buy this.  It as an absolute no brainer.  Smoked for 5oxidizer.  Good quality.

smooth double sided printing. This product is very helpful! I was thinking I am correctly breathing until I tried this product!Correct breathing and checking your lungs are important.  I wanted something that would be way easier to remove when the workout gets too intense and I need my normal breathing again.

Works great right out of the box. I asked my doctor if we could try a different approach.  He agreed.  Three weeks ago, I talked with my doctor and he put me on 5 days of prednisone and changed my oral steroid.  The experiment is Cromolyn Sodium nasal spray  for post nasal drip  and the same medication administered to my lungs via a small portable nebulizer.   If this works, the Cromolyn Sodium would be my first line of defense.   My doctor then told me that I would likely have to take the oral steroids the rest of my life and use prednisone when things worsened.  The oral steroids would be used only as needed.  The oral steroids stiffened by vocal folds  “cords”  and I no longer could sing.  It can take up to four weeks for the drug to kick in and show maximum results.  So far, it is been good.  The side effects of the prednisone were pretty harsh.  I am hopeful that this will work.   I just could not accept that.  Time will tell.   Now that I am off of the oral steroids, purchased this product to help loosen and expand my vocal folds and lungs.   I passed through that “valley of the shadow of death” experience and thankfully it did reset things.  I want to sing again. Because of wildfire smoke  months ago , my asthma continually got worse.  I am hopeful that it will help me to improve my breath control.   I have already experienced positive results in that area.  My speaking voice was also pretty much shot. This is great to exercise your lungs or to calm down in a panic attack I have used for both.

Fast, quiet, and easy to use!. I did not follow the exact directions because of my breathing issues, however I inhale, hold and just let it out without the breathing tool, but after a week of exercise, I am now using the rescue inhaler way less. It is an amazing tool to have.  I hope someone reads this message.  This little things WORKS!!! I am more confident about my health   the little things count .  I must admit that I was very skeptical, but I have been proven wrong: for the better. I use it as part of an acting training breathing practice and it is great.

This is all I expected. I do a lot .... I got this to train my breathing and exercise my lung after getting covid…It is working well so far. The breathing exercise seems well made…The size and weight are just right and it is very portable.   On the end of the device it has a knob you can turn to change the amount of air that is escaping or being sucked in.

Works as it should. Living at near sea level for the past 20 years as well as being in my sixties has resulted in getting really winded easily while going up steep trails.  So far I am very pleased with this exerciser! I see in the instructions that this device is also beneficial for getting rid of excess mucus in the lungs.  I have used it regularly now for over a month and have experienced a marked improvement in my lung strength and capacity.  I have noticed this also works well for that.  The device includes three sizes of steel resistance balls so it made sense to me to start small and work up to the largest size.  I am using it in hopes of making a difference in my controlled breathing when hiking and backpacking at higher elevations.  The cap that encloses the balls can also be slightly loosened to allow air to escape thus easing your lung's workload when starting out with each size of ball. I ordered this Breathing Exerciser Device to help build up my respiratory capacity. This breathing exerciser works well.

This is all I expected. I do a lot .... The large chamber is for measuring air capacity and the small chamber isfor measuring speed--the key is to keep the ball in the center position while inhaling.  This is a great inspiratory trainer.  It is very sturdy and has a large 500 ml capacity The handle is easy to grip and has built in storage for the hose.  My husband finds it very motivating.  He found the instructions simple to follow and actually enjoys using it.  IT WORKED!!! I am not going to say he does not cough at all anymore and does not occasionally deal with the phlegm but it is 95% better.

Product for life!!!. After a surgery it was needed to build up lung strength and capacity - and this seems to help.   It is small and handy and easy to use. Really compact and nice looking. The metal balls make you to use more force while expelling breath.  There are 3 different sized balls.  I found that I have a more productive cough and did not wheeze as much as I had used to, especially during cold and allergy season as my lungs felt stronger.  I began with the smallest and was easily able to progress to the medium sized one without much difficulty.  I plan to use the large one soon. After hip replacement surgery, I was giving a spirometer in the hospital to exercise my lungs.  This exercise device come with a handy snap-tight plastic case for storage.  You blow out instead of breathing in, which seems more effective.  I am very happy with this breathing device.  This unit works much better than the spirometer to help me to exercise my lungs. No more security breach. The breathing device is soooo helpful in building up strength in my lungs !!!.  If you have problems and need a lot of specific things, then be sure to read what the device can do and not do.

Great sturdiness. I did try out this device for myself.  I would not call it difficult as this is a medical device that will be experienced differently by different people with different needs, limits, and conditions.  And that is alright, as these are very simple exercises, and the plastic material works just fine for this.  But I will say it was somewhat challenging for me, as I do not have the best lung power.   Referencing my photos here, you will see some numbers typed onto the side of the device.  But I would call it more tricky than challenging because of the exercise requiring a slow but strong breath technique.  They measure the strength of breath put out by the lungs of users who attempt to perform the exercises.  More details in the instructions.   Overall, this is a helpful medical lung device, and it does work for it is intended purpose.  An instruction pamphlet does come with this device, and it does need only minimal assembly.  At least to my best understanding.  The instructions will explain the desired goals and outcomes with the technique for achieving it.  I am not a doctor, though, so please direct any questions or concerns or issues to your doctor.  These are arranged in a vertical row, and act as a measuring tool.  5 out of 5 stars. This respiratory exercise device appears to me to be made completely out of various types of plastic.  And I have connected this device to my iPhone now.

Love this....perfect for what i need it for. Be sure you look into the box for instructions.  At first I thought I did not get any as they were not in the storing case with the device, but upon further inspection I found them stuck inside the box.  The storing case is very nice to have, especially for travel.  I will update my review, after I have used the exerciser for a few weeks, to let you know if it helps my lungs. This breathing/lung exercise device looks just as pictured.  Its small size, easy to use storage container, and adjustable resistance make it a great addition to my daily routine.

Great office addition. Its is a good device. The breathing device really expands your lungs.  I would recommend starting in small intervals.  It came with interchangeable balls. The Physio cleans the excess mucus from my Lungs perfectly! Get this device and start breathing immediately!.

Great for Cheat Sheets. I feel like I have been walking briskly, my breathing and heart rate are somewhat elevated and I am hot from the exertion. I see people complaining about saliva buildup in the unit.  I saw an exercise guru on TV showing how to use this device.  Use it or lose it!.  Sit, exhale and put your head down between your knees, put the device in your mouth and slowly sit up while inhaling through the exerciser.  I find I have to take the device out of my mouth every 5 - 10 breaths to swallow saliva before it builds up.  If you adjust the device properly you should feel like you have done some work doing the 30 repetitions. Needed for breathing after fracturing my ribs.

Great product for a Low price. When I am doing laps in the swim tank I realize I am not having to gasp for air between cycles.  It is easy to clean and the attachments do not come off.  However, I can say this product works.  Simple, easy to understand, and it works. I am normally a skeptic when it comes to fitness items.  I stand behind this product.  I do heavy aerobic workouts while using this. This little thing by the 2nd day I could get the 1st red ball to the top & hold it for 3 seconds, Thank you.

Used With No Problems. It even has a nose clip so you do not have to pinch your nose closed yourself.  And even nicer, a hardshell case to store everything in between uses so it does not get dirty.  I have been using it twice a day as suggested in the instructions and my breathing is already starting to feel better than before.   The instruction pamphlet is really detailed and easy to understand. I think this trainer really has helped improve my lung function.  It describes the normal range of MEP, how to breathe properly, who needs to use it, how to use it, and the effects after use.  There is even an extension tube that allows the manometer to be taken off the device so you can hold it wherever you can see it best. This products works great! I have used it a great deal and am .... Extremely basic design but it works wonder when you are consistent.  Highly recommend.

Decent price for 300 11x17 pouches. I noticed a change in my stamina and knew that I needed to do something about it.  After using it for just 5 minutes in a day with meditation, I see that my running has improved greatly.  Since COVID, I have become less active as work and most of life has become remote.  I am so glad I got this breathing exercise device and would love to see my body improve!. I got this device to improve my running. I have COPD and I have had this for three days the Physio and I have not had to use my medication in three days.

Works like a charm!!!. It is made of plastic, but it is durable.  It has a nice plastic handle made into it so it is easy to hold. It comes with a flexible mouthpiece, and the yellow ball is a flow indicator .  I may still not be using it right.

Successfully Grinded Through My 20 year Back Log of Papers. I have only been using it for a short period but I can definitely feel the difference!. I find it amazing that you can feel the difference in your chest/lungs.  This product reminds me and assist me in improving my overall depth and life.

I have a different model like that and is more comfortable to have in my mouth, but it is more bulky than this one, so it just depends what is important to you, but this one is great and has no brand markings or white sticker displayed on the dial so it looks much classier.  I splash a little Listerine in it periodically to sterilize it, but have never had any kind of odor whatsoever coming from it even without doing that.  I wish the mouthpiece was flattened  oval-shaped  to make it easier to wrap my mouth/lips around it.  Oh, and no odor from the rubber or plastic when it was first opened up. I like how it is stubbier than other models, that it is all black, and the dial is stiff so it does not easily lose its setting.  Reading instructions and watching videos on YouTube are key.

This is the best shredder I have ever used A+++++++++++. The amount of air I am exhaling has increased and breathing seems to be easier.  Looking forward to see where I am in a month.  The doctor said inhalers would not help as they tested with and without using them.   The videos and dail training sessions within the downloadable app are very good. I am having issues with lung capacity especially emptying my lungs when tested.  Be sure and check them out.  Only a week in and I can already tell a difference in lung capacity.  Buy it and use it, you wont be disappointed.

Great for printmaking!. it allows me to sleep , i am not usuing nebiulizer, inhalers, nada . what a great product. Get one for 10.  so much flem and cough till dizzy. 00 what a l9fe saving bargain.  !st time i used iti thought i was gonna die.  note follow directions exactly, and it will work for you too.  but then slept all nite.  It is quick and easy to use and does a good job without crumbling the pill when it cuts.

Works well, easy to adjust and cost effective. I wish it a had a nose clip and a little clip case.  They fit in that funnel insert and then with the cap screwed in place they stay in the device quite nicely.

Effective and efficient shredder - great for home office. I have used the Air Physio for 1 week it seams to be doing the job. It is absolutely worth of the money!Nice and useful product!I recommend to everyone!!!.

Bought this oil to lubricate a friends paper shredder.. Breathing holes are considerably smaller to be used when not active.  I use those before bed to relax and calm down.  Has both workout and breathing nozzles for the device.  I would recommend disinfecting it after a couple of workouts as it gets slobbered on pretty good.  swimming, singing, and cardiovascular exercises! I use this almost every time I do cardio. For a guy that has chronic asthma and chronic COPD it really works the muscles around the lungs.

Great for tiny certificates. When I tried it I found that it does vibrate your lungs and throat. Breathing Exercise Device for Lungs, Portable Expiratory Breathing Exerciser with 15/16/18mm Ball, Vibration Assisted Loosening of Mucus  White05 .  This is supposed to loosen mucus and force it up.  I had not really known about these, but did realize that practicing breath control is beneficial for many activities.  I did not really notice anything like that but I think this is a useful device for strengthening breath and clearing the lungs.  I originally thought that these were just used to restrict breath and therefore build lung strength, but they do much more than that.  it is easy to remove and replace the steel balls, and you can clean it with soapy water very easily.  The package came with the device, a cloth bag, 3 steel balls of different sizes, and complete instructions.  I like it!.  This is such an interesting device. I have been very happy with my breathing exercises from my lungs everything I asked for.

Does great with poster board - I have never had any issues. getting used to it. . . . . good exercise for my lungs.  I was amazed at how weak and inconsistent my breathing was until I started working out with these. Works!!.

Exactly what we needed.. Breathing better helps everything!. Using this product, it helped to improve my breathing strength. Simplicity of concept and ease of use.  It really works! As a side note, I noticed I sleep better and it took away the dizziness that I experience with my blood pressure medicine.

Thick and work well. I have found that my lung functioning is greatly improved, as I no longer get out of breath easily. I like the fact that there is an adjustment metal balls for breathing.

Compact|Convenient|. Highly recommended. Bizarrely wonderful! Smaller than we were expecting, but well made, easy to use and actually fun! My wife uses it as she has COPD/Emphysema, and is actually keen to use it , there seems to be some improvement already.  This product absolutely does what it is meant to do, as long as you follow the instructions on Bas' website.  Thinking about getting it but not sure? Go ahead and buy with confidence.

OUTSTANDING FOR THE PRICE. It has helped with better sleep, better more alert days and over all well being. Good to know that my breathing is not abnormal  The item works as described and relatively cheap.

Cheaper than shredder sheets. Of course I tried it out myself and it is light years beyond the cheap ones with light plastic balls we have used in the hospital.  I think this is a great device to have on hand for anyone who wants to improve their lung strength.  She and I have both had a version of this given to us after surgery and having one at home to exercise her lungs seemed like a good idea. In 10 years, This is the 3rd portable nebulizer I have bought. I ordered this breathing exercise device for my mother, who is 91.

Do not insert STEEL credit cards and this should last awhile!. This product is awesome! I feel like the exp getting it was a bit weird and suspicious but once I got it it was great for my old smoking lungs.  Especially the issues with how the product arrived.  Jk but not jk.  I had to order it twice and wait to be refunded the first one.  If u will not be safe please.  It would make it way up to WA via CA and both times it was lost/ stuck forever along the way in OR.  Helps my copd onset. .  but with the delivery going back. It is designed to force air out of the lungs which helps bring mucus up and works the lungs.  Unless it is green.

Much more convenient than a bottle of oil to lubricate the shredder.. The medium bearing is perfect for most adults.  It makes it extremely difficult to breathe.  Overall this is a good device to help get that lung strength up and I plan on continued use!.  Each of the ball bearings does increase difficulty breathing with the largest being used for people who want to improve lung strength that does not have any contraindications.   Packaged well and shipped quickly.  For sure, do not do that.

This products works smoothly!. It is great!. My husband recently had surgery and this handy and easy to travel with incentive spirometer is the perfect device to keep his lungs working and expanding. It just works like it is advertised.

Amazing quality and price. I have also noticed that if I use it multiple times in a row I will get a light cardio buzz. As a long-time smoker, I was hesitant that this thing would work but I kept using it every day. Excellent size and allows me to have the device for treatment anywhere if needed.  I have noticed my energy levels are lower on the days I forget to use it and higher on the days I use it.

Excellent machine. Very good product. It is pretty quiet. i love how the o2 trainer fits and feels its not hard to keep it in your mouth during your workout at all and works great you can feel a difference after your first couple works out well worth the money. it is comfortable and works as it should.

Love love love this products. The handle works to store the tube and mouthpiece.  One was sent home from the hospital with the patient, but we wanted another to keep at bedside.  Using a valve for this is genius.  This seems to function just as well as the one we got from the hospital.

Lives up to description. Update April 11, 2023 Had to set my inhale to number 4 and my exhale to number 2. I have only had this device for 2 days so I do not know at this time if it will help my lungs, should know in about two weeks. It came exactly as described and it is working perfectly thanks.  I had to set my inhale and exhale on the number 2 settings.

You can cut it to fit.. Very easy to use. My husband's specialist is the one who suggested this device for my husband and the good news is it works. I really like how simple , sturdy and affective it is.

Teacher approved. Works as advertised.  It can increase your oxygen levels, remove mucus from your lungs, strengthen your respiratory muscles, and help you avoid or treat lung infections. So far I am satisfied with my purchase.

Little but Mighty!. I am glad I got it.  Came in own plastic carry box which is great.  I try to practice with it a couple times a day and and I have gotten to the second bead size in just under 2 weeks.  I have non-productive cough but I believe this may really help with that.   It comes with 3 but the largest one is really hard for me to move. .  I am hoping this will really help if I stick to it.  I thought this would be really easy, but it takes some practice and building up your lungs. . Nice product.    Adjustable resistance for staged training.  My doctor suggested this over a year ago but.

Shreds welll with no jamming. I have tried other devices like, the ones with colorful balls with tube  the one that looks like toys  those get dirty very easily and hard to make it clean all the way. Easy to use and it does a good job!.

Best security shredder. great carrying case to hide if need. My chest sometimes hurts and i have started using this to help me build up my lungs.  Thank you very much.  It is easy to use to blow into and then easy to clean after.

What A Great Investment for the money. I feel a big difference when I use it. It was exactly what I needed to prepare myself for my event in a higher elevation. Works like it should helps me with my breathing exercises.

crystal clear Product film. It can be very helpful if you have problems with this. This takes discipline but it does improve your breathing. This breathing exerciser vibrates to help break up mucus.

Wonderfully efficient. Just wash it, tap it a bit, and lay it on a clean towel to dry.  I store mine in the box it came in.  I am able to really engage my diaphragm and control my breathing muscles.  The instructions online are helpful.  I like the resistance it gives me.  I will have her keep at it cos it is better than nothing.  It is easy enough to clean.

Awesome Shredder. You must do as the instructions say, inhale to make the balls go up.  As a matter of fact, do not exhale into the device so as to keep it cleaner.  I believe that was due to user error.  Before having my hip replacement the surgery center gave me a preoperative booklet that included breathing exercises. I saw some reviews on how this product does not work.

Easy & works great!. Sturdy design, fast Product. I just received this and have not had a chance to use it. Device must be used in stages-I started out fully closed and could use for a minute-My use by degrees makes this device more function able.

GREAT purchase--a paper cutting life changer. This spirometer is easy to clean and store when not using it.  There is a handle on the side for ease of holding this lightweight spirometer and you simply inhale and allow the indicator piston to reach the target area. Good to know that my breathing is not abnormal  The item works as described and relatively cheap.  This spirometer is the perfect device to keep lungs expanded and oxygenated for those that have had recent surgery or may have low oxygenation or those that simply want to increase their lung strength.

Great product, great price!. Pretty amazing how well it is working!. So I bought this to try and increase my blood oxygen levels.  He is actually enjoying using it, which definitely helps.  I have been at 86 to 88 percent resting, after just a week I am 94 percent.

Would purchase again. Not sure if I recommend using it while exercising but if you do make sure you do not bite down on it hard cause it will damage the mouth piece overtime. Fits comfortably around the mouth area and easy to use. This product is very helpful! I was thinking I am correctly breathing until I tried this product!Correct breathing and checking your lungs are important.  I did the breathing exercises as instructed that came in the box, which has help my lung capacity and now I feel less out of breath during hill sprints and squats.

Very clear and sturdy!. I started to use that. I am the person who do usually workout.  Go ahead to buy if you want good performance on your workout schedule.  I was not able to complete HIIT after get sick of coughing.  Lung strength will be great but it is the chewy lung biscuits I am looking forward to getting rid of.  5 times per week.

Ok item for f the adhesive stuck a bit stronger. You feel a sense of relaxation after using this device and puts you in a meditative mood. It was easy to use and effective.

Excellent Product. Easy to use and definitely promotes clearing the airwaves of mucus. It comes apart easily for cleaning. Just received this but I am loving it - immediately bought 2 more to share.  Just soak in vinegar solution or medical grade alcohol.

Can heat quickly. Quite convenient. This device is the same as the one we used  there are other manufacturers . I am a retired Respiratory Therapist.  In the hospital setting we called this a flutter valve.  They work well and replaced an older method of clapping on the patient's back with our hands  chest percussion .  They are very effective if you follow the instructions.  We used these devices in the hospital to help patients cough up sputum. The Physio cleans the excess mucus from my Lungs perfectly! Get this device and start breathing immediately!.  These devices work just as well as the hand procedures do, and we stopped doing the hand clapping altogether.
