It holds your lower jaw forward to keep your airway clear. This was very easy to fit to my mouth and took just a few minutes.  It is only been a few days but I have not woken up with any headaches  I think due to poor airway  and the the snoring is GONE.  We are both getting better sleep! Start on the lowest setting and change if you need to.  It took about a week to really kick in.

Excellent product at excellent value. My wife stated she finally got a good nights sleep while I was using this item. Equal or better than Crest strips.

I do not know how he slept for once, because I slept the whole night. My husband is the worst about snoring and keeping me up all dang night.  So I did some research and found these! I am so excited that I bought them because he started snoring and I woke him up and asked him to use one. I purchased this chin strap to use with my CPAP equipment.  I was experiencing leakage when using my CPAP that I determined was coming from my mouth.  Once I started using this chinstrap, the leakage decreased significantly resulting in more effective treatment with my CPAP.  The chin strap is comfortable and very adjustable to accommodate different sized heads.  I took ivermectin.

I will purchase this product again! And I did!. The wooden cosmetic spatula was just as I thought it would be and it worked well with providing on the sport sample of our product to customers.  The scent is very nice and long lasting.

This did not clear them up 100% but it did a great job of keeping them mostly under control.  The sulfer smell is strong, but I really like the smell of sulfer so it does not bother me at all. I love this soap! I am 44 and have had a problem with breakouts on my back all my life.   I highly recommend this soap!.  I would highly recommend these covers so far and would easily buy them again if I end up with more tires that need covered.

I did a night with out the mouthpiece and my snoring was insane! Second night of using the mouthpiece and wow! My marriage has been saved. I have used these for a couple of months now, and I can honestly say they make a big difference.

I have used stucky nasal strips nightly for years and tried the nasal inserts only now.  That glue tends to get on my fingers after a while and it is a bit of an unnecessary daily mess.  Not to mention, the strips always leave some sticky glue on the skin after I take them off in the morning.  The inserts are hands-down better for me breathing-wise. According to the reviews I read online, it fits better than its competitor, the SleepRX anti-snore device; I had agree, based on my own experience. My dentist pitched me on a custom-made anti-snore device that costs $7000! This device appears near-identical and does exactly the same thing.  It is easy to fit yourself, fits snugly, and does appear to prevent most snoring..

The medical system in the USA sucks. I went to a sleep clinic yesterday and was quoted a price of $3,000 USD for a mouth device very similar to this.  I am glad innovative companies are filling the gap.  I ordered it yesterday and it arrived last night…crazy.  The instructions were straight forward, it took 20 minutes to customize to my teeth. Loved this product for my husband.  It was all custom of course, but $3k for a couple of plastic trays was unconscionable to me, so I thought I would try this.

The mouth guard pushes in on one area of my mouth thus the rating of four for comfort. I have tried a bunch of things devices and suggestions, but nothing seemed to really work until now.  I do not have sleep apnea  I have had a sleep study , but my snoring has gotten steadily worse in the past few years.  Getting a bit desparate to find a solution and did a lot of research to find something, anything that might help even a little.   This was easy to mold to my teeth and did the trick on the very first try! No snoring at all.  And those times were much less severe and not as long.  Both me and my wife have had the best sleep we have had in ages. . and shows in our FitBit reports too.   I can see how it might not be for everyone though.  It is not exactly a 'natural' fit, especially at first.  It takes some getting used to.  For me, it is not uncomfortable but does feel weird.  I am used to it now and it is no big deal.  But I would imagine for some it might be too much to adapt to.  Stick with it, is my advice though!  Caveat: Happened to have a dentist appointment a few weeks after I started using this and had pain in my jaw.  Long story short: he told me that if you use something like this, you also need something to wear in the morning for a bit to 'reset your jaw'.  Since I have done that, the jaw pain is gone and I am still not snoring.  Yes!.

I would make it a point to get a sleep study done and perhaps a trip to an ENT.  You may have something like a deviated septum or polyps or something else which can be treated. if you go for dental work, bring your device with you.  My problem  and it was my fault , was that I had a lot of dental work  crowns  and failed to bring the device with me.  The dentist said have all my dental work completed  I think have 2 crowns and an implant to go  and they will refit more for a new custom appliance.  Your dentist will make sure everything fits.  The trick is to get the lower jaw to go forward.  My wife says my sleeping/snoring is better with this device.  I am using this device as a stop gap until I can get a permanent one made. . Sleep Apnea and/or snoring may be a sign that something is not right. .  I bought this device in the interim, since I know how it should fit.   Remember . We tried various types.  Since I refused the CPAP option, my sleep doctor referred me to a dental office.

it does have a strong taste to it and to me it tastes/ smells almost floral-i do not like it perse but do not find it offensive either. This stuff works best for me out of anything I have tried  and I have tried a lot  for nasal allergy symptoms- and it works fast, like within the first 4-6 hours.  This order is indistinguishable from prescription Flonase I got for years.  It sucked.

For less than $20 a month I no longer snore. I have been snoring for at least 10 years.  I think its well worth the cost.  Since getting married I have only been allowed to sleep on my side.  My wife played soccer in college and although she quit the sport she has continued to practice by kicking me in the ribs all night long.  I mentioned my snoring problem to my doctor and after taking a look at my throat he said I had really bad allergies.  That is weird, I thought.  I have never had itchy eyes, a runny nose, etc. .  Two days later I stopped snoring.  It is been 6 months now and I have not snored a single night.  I can not tell you how nice it is to sleep on my back again.  The only negative I can think of is the smell.  It stinks for about 5 minutes after you spray it in your nose. I really like this device better than others as it is very comfortable. I did not get this device for snoring but to keep my nostrils open at night for better breathing.  My first lasted about 8 months until I felt that it lost it is shape  it is plastic so it made sense to me that it would eventually loose its shape.

Took some getting used to with the sore teeth in the morning and puddle of drool on the pillow, but who cares! No more snoring! Truly a miracle, at least for me. I have snores basically since I was born.  The older I got, the louder the snores.  Read instructions carefluly and get necessary equipment to accomplish the fit.  I have tried cpap, nose things, head straps, sprays, yoga, meditation, sleep Nora, other weird pillows… you name it, I have tried it to no avail.  Until these little mouth pieces.  Ohhhhh I was skeptical.  But oh wow did it work.  As in no snoring at all every night I wore it.  Did not bother me too much, but bed partners lost many nights of sleep.

Everything was very good, thank you and now i can sleep. I have been using the SnoreLab app to figure out why I snore.  After trying out a number of products using this along with Afrin No Drip Night took my snore score from 35 down to only 5!!! I am down to snoring only 20 minutes a night now! I now wake up feeling rested and happy! Love these nasal dilators and just bought more!.

This thing is literally a lifesaver! My wife no longer wakes up murderously mad at me for snoring all night and ruining her life. I was very impressed on the quality did not expect them to be as good for the price my wardrobes had old fashioned handles so i replaced them with these handles I am over the moon as they make my wardrobes look modern.

I have no idea of it effects because I used it for a while and did not notice a difference. This soap has a pungent odor.  Please make sure you open all of your bathroom windows before taking a shower with this stuff. yes it is supposed to smell like the sewer since it is sulfur soap.  Also, do not get dressed right away while still wet from the shower the soap odor will get on your clothes and you will smell like a walking sewer at work.  Trust me I know.  I decided one day to use it for my hair so that my hair would grow. . . .  So happy to have found them on.

I think this may be what saves me for the CPAP so give it a shot if you are also on that road. I have tried a few other brands.  Keep coming back to the originals.  They have more strength to hold the sides of the nose open, yet are easy to remove.

This device is great! It works the first night you use it.  I did use another Snore mouthpiece and it worked good but I think this one works better because it actually has you make an impression of your teeth.   I would highly suggest this mouthpiece. Here are the actual snap shots from the SnoreLab app.  It has changed everything about my restful night sleep! I do not wake myself up snoring and I do not wake up anybody else snoring! Do not wait to get this, invest in this product and you will find that you will not be snoring like you did before.  These are used to attach the upper appliance to the lower one.

The fit for the upper jaw was not exactly right the first time, but I followed instructions and redid it. I ordered one of these last Christmas for a friend and she was absolutely delightful and so touched, I have ordered a second one this year for a secret Santa gift for a work colleague and her family.  Great quality and comes with a very tasteful gift bag. I have found that it is best not to put the chin strap in the dryer.

The key thing that makes this work is adjusting the fitment to push your jaw line forward. I buy Tranquil and only it.  Hang in there, it gets better after a couple weeks.  I have tried other types but they do not work.

Di sgrassatori e detergenti industriali ed ad uso professionale ne ho usati e provati una marea.  Questo posso dire che funziona bene.  Lo trovo ottimo contro il grasso, l'olio motore, incrostazioni, ferodo dei freni sui cerchioni, e sui residui carboniosi.  Quindi attenzione alla pelle, dopo un pò che lo si usa senza guanti le mani bruciano un pò.  Per il pavimento del garage e del terrazzo fa miracoli.  Tende a rovinare anche alcune plastiche come il policarbonato e l' ABS.  Su i sanitari, sulle piastrelle, sull'acciaio inox e sui vetri si può andare tranquilli.  In più il profumo che lascia è veramente gradevole.  Io ho risolto col sistema dei "ladri di benzina": basta dotarsi di un tubo da 120 cm circa, posizionare il fustino sul tavolo o comunque in posizione più alta rispetto alla bottiglia  io lo metto sulla vasca da bagno , inserire un'estremità del tubo dentro il fustino e uno dentro la bottiglia.  Poi con le mani a cono soffiare nel fustino: l'aumento di pressione farà scorrere il liquido all'interno del tubo verso la bottiglia.  Pagato euro 10,88 il 26/12/2016  2,17 euro al litro  con spedizione .  Bisogna però prestare attenzione visto che, come riportato dall'etichetta, è caustico ed irritante.  Conveniente.  Il fustino ha una bocchetta grande e versarlo senza gocciolamenti vari è un pò difficoltoso anche usando un imbuto.  Una volta che la bottiglia sarà piena basterà sollevarla più in alto del fustino per interrompere il flusso di sgrassatore. Definitely stays in place.  Va usato con cautela su alluminio nudo e superfici verniciate: si rischia di rovinarle con un contatto prolungato col prodotto.

If feel is any judge of quality, these covers feel about the same as the spare tire cover on our motorhome and it lasted 15 years before it finally started cracking! If these last 10 years, we will be more than pleased! They slipped over the tires easily and the cinch strap holds them firmly. A rash like this definitely takes some time to heal, and this product is working!.  I have had an awful rash for the last few months; it was mainly on my chest, and then suddenly I had it all over both arms.  I have tried other remedies with little success, so I decided to take a chance on sulphur soap. Super schnelle und professionelle Abwicklung.  I have noticed, after using it for a few days,  at least twice a day, if not more  an improvement in the overall redness/sores on both arms and chest.

There cheap but they work ok easy to change. I do not snore, so can not say that it works for that but I bought it because I sleep with my mouth open so my mouth gets very dry and closes up, which makes it hard to breathe and wakes me up at night and this product is very effective in keeping my mouth closed while I sleep so it does not dry out.

I saw an ent and they recommended this. I had rhinoplasty done a few years ago and ever since then, my breathing has not been the same  for the worse .  Dr said this is better than Afrin because your body does not get addicted to this product.  I do wish the strap was a bit thinner, only because when you put it over the shift knob, the strap lays across the top of one of the storage compartments that is to the right of the gear shift on the consol, making it pretty much inaccessible.

*can drop it in cold water for a second if its too hot to set in your mouth* You will know its hot enough because your teeth will sink right into it.   On the sides of the mouthpiece there are Numbers on the top piece and an arrow on the bottom in which you pop apart the 2 pieces and can pop it back together with the bottom piece being moved forward 1 notch at a time *up to 15 or 20*  which holds your lower jaw forward when sleeping  I found that working my way up 1 notch every few nights, my setting is only #5 for me to get a greaat nights rest.  Turns out I developed Mild Sleep Apnea  15 occurrences an hour I averaged  which was just enough to make me feel groggy when waking and cause this Mental Fog during the day.    - I do have a mild overbite so its most likely the cause : jaw slides back when sleeping and your tongue rolls back blocking your airway if I recall the doctor correctly-   My Insurance so kindly covered the Cpap machine which is just a hastle and takes up space on my night stand but works well and I feel great after using it.  No more grogginess and mental fog after waking! I highly recommend others to try this if you are in search of a remedy as I was.  I did some research and found that a mouthpiece can be made by your dentist to cure the mild apnea and the doctor verified its an actual method of treatment but rarely used because its not covered by most insurances.  This caused me to research such devices and found this!  My dentist wanted $600 for their device and you have several visits in which they take a mold of your mouth, than have the piece made over a couple weeks and adjust the position based on your sleep quality over a few more weeks until they get it right.  My insurance would reimburse luckily for this but I didnt want to go through the hastle of multiple visits and waiting.  No more unsightly cpap machine!  1 more thing - it is easy to clean as it pops apart and I just rinse it in some mouthwash every morning than lay it in its case to dry in my nightstand ready for the next night.  I have found that once I mold this which is a simple process of dropping it in boiling water for 20 seconds and setting it in your mouth for another 20.  To elaborate……  I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy 15 years ago which I take Provigil & Adderall for  and a few years ago I began to experience a mental fog and tiredness through the days despite my medications so my Sleep Doctor ordered another sleep study. It is uncomfortable, but you will get used to it.  My wife is sleeping better, and i think I am getting more rest as well. I got it fitted for my mouth.  The reviews were pretty mixed, so I did not expect too much.  Cut my snoring by 95%.

I shipped some to my sister as well. I have to wear masks at work, often for almost 12 hours.  I have oily, problem skin, and this leads to acne on the area covered by the mask. Works as described! Happy with the results.  It smells godawful nasty, but I use it only on my face before bed, and it is completely stopped the acne.

I cannot take the oral allergy products; they make me tired even the next day.  Even the supposed non-drowsy! So i tried the Flonase a couple years ago.  An amazing product, relieves stopped up nose, sneezing, running eyes, pressure headaches & even scratchy throat! In about an hour after spraying only once a day, I get relief without any drowsiness!!! I never let myself be without one!!! Highly recommend!. Perfect portion size not too much not too little great for waking up and grabbing something on the way out to go.

I have been suffering from summer allergies for about two months.  I have tried many different name brands from antihistamines to nasal sprays and saline.  Nothing was working for me until now.  Flonase really is working well for me!. I have been using these for just under a month and it is made a big difference in my jaw's appearance would recommend I have not noticed them when sleeping.  If you want them to stay on your mouth better wash your face prior to applying，Sometimes it sticks to the beard. They are slightly uncomfortable at first but once you fall asleep you will not feel them and they work.

So came across this soap and said to myself what the heck give it a try. Great cheap fix. It does have some great reviews and willing to try anything after seeing suffer so much. .  Now I will tell you he does not like taking a bath,so we had to fight to get him to do so. .  The soap does smell but he does too.  Went to the Vet when I saw my boy was scratching and tearing himself bad.  Shots,pills,tests all the crap you do not want to pay for and lighter wallet of $200. Like a wet dog when he was manged out,I am telling you if your dog has it ,he stinks to high heaven. Yeah he got better but relapsed.  Bath him,I did NOT rinse or dry him. No good. He ran around the house having a hissy fit.  Researched the bugs that were eating him. They dig into the skin and eat the fats that make his coat shinny,the oils are what they live off of.  He smells like a burnt match!It is still better than that dirty,wet dog smell with all the sores. They have a 4 day life span but must hatch a lot of other mites.  After a while he calmed down and relaxed. . .  I give a bath every couple of days,3-4 what ever. 00 bucks got. He is not stupid,he still does not like it but he knows it is working,he feels better ,looks better,more relaxed and more energy since he is not spending his tearing out his fur and chewing on himself all the time. So far that 200 when to 240 and he was no better than before.  No more waxy skin,sores,chewing or tearing all the time. Sort of like the raid commercial when they go" whoo!" after laying so many eggs. . .  The biting is trying to get at them.  And its arrival has really changed my sleeping habits and I feel so good when I wake up.  Dipped him, bathed him.

I do not know because I have never heard myself snore, just saying. Takes a little getting used to but sleep quality greatly improved.

It is really important to cut the cones down if they are too long for your nose, or one just one side if that is what you need. I like the product, but I had to cut two segments off the back of one side  to fit the really messed up side of my nose .  The really small and really big ones included in the mix I end up not using, nor do I use the solid ones that are also included.  I can actually breathe clearly out of both nostrils.  Breathing is awesome! I used Breathe Right strips for probably 20 years, but now my skin gets too irritated from using them.  But I get a few of the cage style ones and I think it is still a good deal for the price.  The plastic is rigid, but that keeps it from falling out.  They keep my nose open so well that I have taken to wearing them during the day as well as at night.  I broke my first one, because apparently, my upper and lower jaws absolutely hate each other, so at night they engage in a war that is been raging for almost half a century.  I actually feel like these cones work better than the Breathe Rights do.

This mask has help my husband so much, and I sleep better now.  I will buy again for sure.  The grater comes as described and nicely package.

After a few days, the smaller size stopped working as well and he started snoring again  although much more quietly than before! , so he moved to the bigger size and that is worked great. Highly recommended for any "average" allergy/hay fever sufferer. Works so well I was able to get off of Claritin.  It did take about 10 days, however, for the immediate and lasting effects of a shot in each nostril to happen reliably. I bought this bag as it is just the right size for my packs of rolls from the bakers.  When Claritin stops working, there is not much you can do except wait until you can take another pill.  Also, the effect of Flonase on my itchy eyes is so immediate and lasting that I have almost completely stopped using antihistamine eye drops.  Just read and follow the instructions.

Alot of products say they dont make you sleepy but its not the same for all people. I have had TERRIBLE allergies all my life.  Most of the allergy products made me sleepy and still did not work 100%.  I have tried everything and nothing really worked just right  Clairton, Zyratec, etc.  Out of impulse when i was reordering my regular allergy i decided to order Flonase a few weeks ago and I noticed results day 1.  This stuff is amazing!!! It knocks out all my allergy symptoms, does not make me feel tired or sleepy, and I feel awesome overall.  .  I highly recommend this to anyone with bad allergies.  Itchy eyes, ears, sneezing, etc. Looking forward to using your product.

I am finally able to sleep through the night! It also reduced my snoring by a massive amount, my wife used to have to use ear plugs at night but his solved our problem! I have a severe overbite, so this has really changed the way I sleep.  Be warned though, it does cause a bit of Jaw soreness, but nothing unmanageable and it gets better with time!. We fit a new one every 6 months, my hubby has to pull out our large fridge to fit it which is a bit of a fiddle but very happy with the product.

It is not a normal feeling, however, normal is what is making you snore in the first place. Here's the quick version:  I have a slight overbite that causes my tongue to 'choke' me when I lay on my back.  This changes that.  My situation is not from being overweight, just the tongue issue falling back.   Watch the video on how to size it FIRST.  It is large, but you QUICKLY get used to it.  That is what I had to do.   Here's the part that may make or break it for you. .  DON'T QUIT! What is your sleep worth to you? Stick it out and you will be rewarded.  So I have an overbite.  In my 'neutral position, my back teeth touch.   First night with it my wife woke up saying I did not snore once.  IF you size this using your neutral position, then when you adjust your jaw forward, the impression will not lock into your back teeth.  When you size it, set if for a position where your jaw is already forward SLIGHTLY.  She did not even look like she was going to poison my coffee this time! .   TO THE MANUFACTURER: Ideally, the guard should fit deeper to the back teeth for people with over bites  which is the main group buying this   Sleeping with this: If your first impression is, "There is no way I can sleep with this!", they you have already quit. . . .  For those ready for a full night's sleep, read on. . . .  This is a bulky. .  If it does not feel right, immediately resize it in the boiling water. .  When I move my jaw forward, only my front few teeth touch and there is a large gap in the back.  lol.  move on. .   Insgesamt sehr wertig verarbeitet und wenn man angemessene Vorsicht walten l?sst auch sicher und problemlos zu handhaben.  This gives you a lot more wiggle room to adjust it down the road while still holding your teeth.  Wife is NOT happy lately with my sleeping.

I had "invented" these "in my mind" years ago.  Finally someone steps up and made them.  Last night I had the best sleep I have had in ages thanks to these little supporters.  I think tonight I will cut them apart and only use the left one and see how that goes.

So I will continue to use this and I am so happy I found it!!!!!!. I wish I had a before and after! I suffered from TV for a few years.  Last year it was the worse ever!!! I looked like a leopard.  My chest and back were covered in white patches and the itch was unbearable.  I tried every over the counter cream and powder. . I tried apple cider vinegar. . . The cream my MD prescribed was $150-200 and I could not afford it at the time  no insurance  so I then i found this. . . . Adjust it so top part is on your head directly over your forehead.   Combine with side sleeping  use a pillow between your legs so you do not revert to back-sleeping position .  It looks a little strange but I sleep a lot better when I am forced to breath through my nose. This was my first experience with nasal strips.  This opens the nostrils really well and most of all has left NO IRRITATION on my super sensitive nose skin.  Really impressed at how it functions well and sticks well without hurting my sensitive skin. Ok I have had year round allergies since I was 14  I am 24 now  and I just started using this about a month ago and I really think it helps me.

I liked anti snot nasal cones better because they were more comfortable. I have been to a ENT  eye-nose-throat doctor  and they once prescribed me some nasal spray for allergies and also to alleviate my chronic ear infection.

There is a good chance you are not seeing results because you are still forced to breathe through your mouth most of the night since doing it through your nose is not as effective. So I have been using it for a week straight now and HOLY COW is it helpful—I have used 2 others straps like this, but they just fell off.  This one is so fantastic and stays on the whole night! My face shape is also improving already!  I have a deviated septum, so I use this in tandem with nasal strips—I had started with just the nasal strips, but they did not prevent my mouth from opening in the middle of the night.  I can breathe so much better and do not wake myself up snoring.  So I got the mouth tape next, but using that put me in a panic since I could not exhale out of my mouth at all.

I have severe allergies.  I did immunology for many months, but could not TAKE going to the doc once or twice a week for shots.  It was so inconvenient.  My primary care doc put me on Flonase and an oral med to help control my allergies and together, they works like a charm. My bottom jaw is smaller than my top as I was born with only three front bottom teeth which causes my bottom jaw to slide back resulting in snoring.  I am not overweight.  Do not smoke.  Am generally healthy.  CPAP  no! , mouth guards for grinding, nasal dilators, nasal sprays, the thing that holds your tongue out, throat exercises and SnoreLab tracking.  I habitually practice lips together, teeth apart, tongue on the top of my mouth.  Nothing has worked.  Just SO GRATEFUL I can sleep, nap, vacation with friends and family and not be embarrassed and can wake up actually feeling rested.   I followed fitting directions.  Left it in its preset "neutral" position.  Yes, it is a little bulky but much less so than others I have tried.  Another reviewer suggested placing your tongue against the front opening, which I did.  Went to bed with low expectations.  Crazy surprised when I slept, hard, without issue.  I grabbed my phone and checked my app and saw my score was 2! I listened to see if I made any sounds, snores, coughs or anything, and I only score a 2 as my cat was purring so loud! This worked! Works good. I have been using flonase for a while and it is a good way to control my allergies, mostly.  I use it in the morning before work and I am allergy free, at work.  That being said, I have cats at home, three.  And I have to take a different allergy medicine for them, yes I am allergic to my cats.  I do not always have to, some days are better than others.  But, most times I end taking a different approach to my cat allergy, but taking an allergy pill, instead of flonase.  Especially if I have been playing with them and I get scratched, the area swells and I have to take an allergy pill.  I am not saying you will not have success with this product for your allergies.  Like I said, it works when I am outside or at work.  Indoor/outdoor allergies are well addressed by this medicine.  I would not suggest using it all year, switch it up.  Overall, I recommend this product.  Enjoy.

My husband is a awful snorer. I primarily bought this since my significant other wakes up a lot earlier for work and after she complained about not getting enough sleep due to my snoring, I had to try something.   The magnetic ones are the ones I tried first, but not sure if my body likes them very much since I noticed I unintentionally remove them in the middle of the night.  However, the hollow shaped ones, I do like, and they fit quite snuggly.  They keep the nostrils open, allowing consistent airflow, or at least I believe that is the purpose of the device.   Overall, my spouse thanks you given the improvements to my snoring.

I have a 20 ft travel trailer, double axels, and it was a little bit of a strain to get the buckle's attached behind the wheels.  Adjust the straps before hand.  Covers are made well.  Once on they offer very good protection.

Hope they do the same for me.  It absolutely helps my mild sleep apnea and snoring.  This is actually the 2nd one I purchased, I got close to 6months out of the 1st.  My one advice, when forming too your mouth, do not bite down too hard or you will push the softer parts through tiny holes.

I purchased Lemongrass and I have to say it is the most potent  fragrance wise  I have ever used.  The drops come out perfectly as well  other brands are hit or miss and sometimes come out way too fast .  I have purchased Lemongrass essential oil from other brands on .  the brand I normally use was sold out so I tried Spruse on a whim.  I am contemplating replacing my entire collection with only Spruse products now because of how impressed I was with this one.  Highly recommend!.  Appear to be well made and aesthetically look nice on my small motorhome.

I only used it when we stayed together, I did feel like I was more rested on those nights and realized that when I did not wear it I was more tired.  I am on my 2nd mouth guard, it does take some getting used to and I find i sleep way better with it.  Not only does it help with snoring but helps with teeth grinding which fixed my TMJ issues.  The cons are your mouth is open and you tend to get a dry throat and lips.  I used the Zengate retainer cleaner daily and have a fresh mouth guard every night. I have been using this anti snoring mouth piece for over a year, girlfriend loved it, I hated it.  The mouth guard does float in water so use a spoon to keep it under the water helping it clean better in the solution.  I also have kept the old one for traveling and it still works fine with no deterioration.  I feel like for me it has helped train my mouth and throat to not snore as much even in the rare occasion I do not use it.  I do not hate this as much anymore and it is better than having to use CPAP machine.  Just use about 3 weeks before your allergy season start so you can have it in your system.

10/10 recommend!. Ive struggled finding something what actually worked for me and I finally found this spray! Ive made it part of my morning routine to do a spray in each nostril.  There is a loading dose which means for the first week you have to do 2 sprays in each nostril then after that is just once spray in each nostril every day. Recebi perfeitamente e no prazo, amei todos.  Hold your head back for a couple minutes to avoid the taste going to the back of your throat but even if it does its still not a very unpleasant taste.

Comfortable, almost invisible.  Open up the sinuses and get a good airflow going.  I have been sleeping SO much better since I got these and will continue to purchase.  The price is not bad and what a cool product.  I have sleep apnea and sleep disorders that have not responded to conventional treatment.  I am not recommending anyone use these as a replacement but for me these are a great option and I am honestly really grateful! I have tried everything under the sun and wasted a lot of money til I found these.  Now my husband says he does not even know that I am in bed.

I plan to order some for myself to help with a similar issue. I had to get used to them.  They worked minimum I had lower snoring than usual.

Very comfy - hope it helps me not snore…. Started using this stuff that day and it is now been over a week and I have only had to blow my nose twice, and neither were from allergic symptoms! This stuff worked, for real.  I am now a year round allergy pill kinda guy and no matter what 24 hour pill I took, I had be only symptom free for a maximum of 10 hours on a good day.  I will update the review later this year when I have been on it a while but just so you know I am able to wear contacts again, my nose is not red from irritation, and my symptoms are gone.  Finally read online that pills are really only for people with brief or infrequent allergies, but the allergy sprays are for those with more then occasional/seasonal allergies.   My biggest critique is that it does not last very long, but I use 's return service/warranty to get a replacement.  My eyes were always irritated and I stopped being able to wear contacts.

It worked well.  Did not completely stop my husband from snoring but he was a lot quieter. Love these handles  they.

Very satisfied. These fit my wheels perfectly and even have straps to secure the cover to the wheel.  I like the black vinyl better than the white vinyl ones because they make the rv look normal while sitting there.  Have not had these long enough to judge the durability but the material does feel like it should hold up as it is quite thick.

It would be better if it pulled your lower jaw more forward but I am still giving it a 5 because the ratings are too low. Been using snore mouth pieces for years.  This is a good mouth piece, comfortable and it does the job.  The molds are great but when you pull your jaw forward it puts pressure on your teeth and causes sourness, potentially cause loose teeth.  This Flonase I have been taking every day for years.  Most you can not close your mouth because they are too big.

I also can sleep better at night because my nose is not clogged and my snoring was slightly reduced according to my wife.   Instructions say to start with 2 sprays daily your first week I only did 1 daily and still great results.  Wow super glad I did.  Allergies are 90% gone. I had been getting  waking up with  headaches for the last 6 months. Allergies hit me hard this year and I tried using the store brand nasal spray but if I did not use it that day I would have super bad congestion like to the point I was exclusively breathing through my mouth.

I tried this product instead and it works! I highly recommend this as the snoring is mostly gone or it is very light.  Teeth/jaw will be sore until you get used to it.  Dr recommended I see a dentist for a similar mouthpiece that cost $4k not covered by insurance.  I started on the 3 setting but it was too much and made my teeth/jaw very sore.  I adjusted it to 2 and it is perfect. I stumbled across these and decided to try. I unfortunately have always snored.  I have used a cpap in the past but could not get over the discomfort.  I have borderline sleep apnea.   This is relatively comfortable, very easy to mold to your teeth if you follow the instructions.  You get used to the weird feeling within a week.  It has helped with my sleep quality and my partner says I barely snore - initally they shook me and woke me up because they got scared I have been quiet while sleeping haha.  Would definitely recommend trying if snoring is an issue.

They hurt because of the ridged plastic used.  I saw these and purchased them immediately.  WOW!! So much better.  Three sizes and two of each size is a value for this product.  Easy to insert and stay in all night. I have used other nasal dilators for years to pus open my nostrils.  Easy to wash each morning.  Will only use these from now on.  I sleep much deeper and longer each night now.  I liked it so much that I have bought a 2nd one for my gran-daughter to be able to put on my tree every year as well.

This product allows my husband and me to sleep in the same room again. Product is a little awkward to sleep with at first.  But after 2 nights of restful sleep, you wont notice them. .  as much.  I use 2 other brands that are similar in how they work, but the amount you get, size variations, and ease of use make these a easy buy.

Sturdy, perfect for carrying my fruit n veggies.  I took a star off sturdiness as I have jute bags which have a stiffener board at the bottom of the bag, this bag does not have one but that is being picky to be fair.  Love the "heelan' coo" on the front.  I think I might buy another one 'cos I like it so much. Perfect size for what I need.  I even purchased a backup in case this device is ever discontinued.

Anyone out there who struggles like I do with this stuff knows how amazing the feeling of breathing can be. I struggle with MAJOR breathing issues.  I am on a steroid inhaler   Flovent   and a rescue inhaler  Albuterol  for Asthma which is caused mostly by allergens.  I have tried everything.  Benedryl knocked me out, Claritin only helped on occation, Zyrtec helped me aprox 50% for about 3 weeks, and then stopped working all together.  Its not the "cure all", but its a huge part of a gigantic puzzle for me and I couldnt be more thankful.  I was always under the impression that nasal sprays were bad but after doing some research, and frankly getting to the point where I needed to breath no n matter what, I tried this.  I can breath through my nose with no issues for the first time in months.  I have also had fewer asthma attacks due to this helping me so much with my allergies. This anti-snoring chin strap really works.  I cant live without this now and am forever a customer of this awesome product for life.  I was very stressed and very upset as you might imagine because this stuff is far from free.  I do want to warn you that not all steroid daily inhalers can be used with this medication, but I got lucky that Flovent was not on the list.

It is REALLY adhesive. I am really amazed by how this product can do to my breathing! I have an easily collapsed nasal turbinates according to my ENT doctor, which causes breathing a difficult task for me during sleeping and often wake up in the morning with my mouth breathing and completely dry.  Removing it our of my nose is too painful, so I do not recommend the extra extra strong ones.  Still, I really like it!  Update: I also tried the extra extra strong nasal strips. They are slightly uncomfortable at first but once you fall asleep you will not feel them and they work.  Simply sticking it in the middle of my nose, this nasal strips really helps expand my nasal turbinates so I am able to breathe easier during sleep without breathing through my mouth.

I have tried other brands that would not pour/drip properly at all! Plan to order many more scents ; . This is my new favourite brand of essential oils!! They are affordable and you also feel you are getting a quality product.  It will help your nose, your throat, your mouth, and even you ears feel clearer.  I LOVE the pour spout that this brand uses.

So I think it is a great product! Not only can it reduce snoring, but it can also improve a series of bad sleep habits. It was as expected and fresh, just overpriced.

And my friend has told me that its so easy to use! He has also suggested his brother to buy one to use it as well  it seems all the family has these issues  I can recommend that this product is excellent, and you will be happy with the results! In the end I also think I would buy one for me in the future. I bought this for a friend cause he told me his wife often tells him that he snore.  This has been there for the past years. Having a deviated septum makes it super hard to breathe through my nose when I am trying to sleep.  I could not stand it anymore so I decided to try these little guys.  I highly recommend trying them out  the price is unbeatable .  So I switch to these nasal dilators and they vent very well! I can only sleep when I can breathe through my nose, and my nostrils are collapsed a little making it difficult to breath, but these fix it! Tip: boiling them for 2-3 minutes gets rid of that new silicone smell love that they come in different sizes too.

Every morning I sneezed almost 30 times, it was really painful for me. I have tried MANY anti snoring products and this one works the best and is the most comfortable! I still snore some, but very minimal.  Highly recommend!!.

Cleaning is difficult bc it does open up. So my husband had seen a more expensive version of this somewhere else.  It had been custom made by a dentist and he knew that it had worked.  So he researched  for one similar before spending hundreds of dollars to have his own custom made.  We both highly recommend this for anyone who is having snoring issues! The strips stay longer when I do clean my nose before applying them meaning getting rid of oil or sweat. The nose strips work great I wear then during the night to improve sleep. .  Only down side is that if you wear them for a workout to improve airflow they will fall off after a lot of sweat.

Got this for my husband and it works great!. They are among the best tried, they help in the proper growth of a nail with problems.  Of course not alone, you have to keep the area well cleaned at all times but they have a very good adhesive.

This was my 4th anti-snoring device.  By far, the most comfortable and customizable.  Also, customer service is very responsive and easy to work with.  I would recommend.

I bought this and eventually was able to use it instead of a CPAP.  Actually, I was forced to use it because my CPAP died on me and I did not want to buy another one for around a $1000.  I thought about having a custom mouth piece made and that was going to be around $1100 and it was going to take several weeks to be made.  So instead of "rushing" to buy one of those or another CPAP, I thought why not pay around $30 for one of these and see if it works.  I read quite of few reviews that were positive, which can sometimes can be misleading but I saw enough "good" reviews to give it a shot.  Besides, I was between a rock and a hard place and this device seems to be able to solve my particular problem of snoring! Also, keep in mind, I barely needed a CPAP minimum times waking per hour, I think it was 6-8 times per hour .  What is more concerning for me is that I would sometimes wake up choking.   Once I got the mouthpiece molded, I tried sleeping with it on the default setting.  You want to do this because your teeth and jaw may hurt for a few days while getting adjusted to it.  One of the issues I have is sometimes waking up choking.  While on the default setting, I experienced this and moved the lower part of the mouth piece out 1 mm.  I experienced the choking on this setting but eventually got settled on the 2mm setting.  That is a good thing because I tried going to 3mm and it was too much stress on my jaw.   Another thing that is helpful is if you are married or you have a snoring app that can give you feedback.  My wife is my middle of the night device to wake me and keep track of when I snore.  She says that on the 2mm setting she does not hear me snore which is a very positive thing.   I want to say I get a fantastic sleep every night but that is not exactly true.  I think my sleep is better.  Definitely better than on the CPAP.  I felt that the CPAP kept me awake more than without one.  The mask will eventually leak and I had always feel tired and sleepy everyday.  The main thing for me is that I do not snore and I have not been awakened to gasping for air!  Another issue I have is that my teeth hurt.  This is partly because of the way I molded the device.  My teeth were so snug in the device that repetitive movement of my mouth during the night would cause teeth pain.  I have re-molded the device and it is better.  Also, in the morning you may feel that your jaw is still pulled forward and that your teeth may incorrectly line up.  This goes away eventually through the day, but do not be surprised if you feel this discomfort everyday.  Everyone is different, so take my experience for what it is worth. These dilators FINALLY solved my snoring problem! The nose clips did not seem to make a difference, but the dilators are spot on! So thrilled to finally have a solution at a reasonable price!.  If you snore or have very mild sleep apena  such that you are not a candidate for a CPAP , this is an excellent alternative.

It is not the most comfortable thing to put on your head to sleep with, but I do fall asleep with it without major problems.

I think my nose naturally has a slow leak and when it got worse and I started sneezing this past spring I tried Flonase  I have tried Claritin, Allegra etc  and it seems to have fixed me.  I do not need to blow my nose nearly as often and I have stopped sneezing. I have issues with allergies.   I live in CA.  . almost ZERO gasping and very few snores.

Following the directions on the bottle is all that is needed. I use to have this as a prescription and I could always tell a few days later after I have ran out.  So it does not work in the sense of immediate relief like some over the counter models.  It is more like a medicine that works in the background.  It does take some getting use to as it makes my teeth very sensitive the next day and is uncomfortable to sleep in.  I use it for pet dander.  Using it more than directed can cause a very stiff neck, so if that happens to you, you will know why.  It takes a few days to a couple weeks to start working for the first time.

You have to be very careful to place it properly the first time as it does not stick well if you have to reposition it. I bought this anti-snoring chin strap for my husband who uses a C-PAP machine. This helps me breathe so much better! I have a deviated septum and one side of my nose does not have a lot of airflow until I started using these.

When taken every day, the Flonase had completely eliminated my symptoms of sneezing, runny nose and itchy eyes.  After Flonase went over the counter my insurance provider stopped paying for the prescriptions that I was getting.  When I used up the last of the three month supply I had on hand, I decided to do a trial "off" the medication to see if I still needed it.  Within several days my symptoms started to return and progressively worsen. I have used Flonase for years to control my allergy symptoms.  I ordered more Flonase from  and within a week and a half, I was back to my old symptom free self.  Important things to know: 1.  2.  It takes about one week to start working and 2 weeks to get to maximum effect.  3.  It has an artificial floral scent, that is not unpleasant to me, but if you are sensitive to such things avoid this brand.  Ask your doctor if Flonase is right for you!  It sounded so much like an ad, I thought I should add this here as a joke! They are not paying me for this recommendation! .  I usually sleep on my back and then switch to my sides, never on my chest.

And it is been like that ever since! I am so thankful I found this product and would definitely recommend it to anyone. So I have had different products for snoring, but this is by far the best results I have experienced.  I used to wake up with dry throat, dry mouth, dry nostrils the whole nine yards.  It helped me somewhat right away but after a week of the priming dosage, I COULDNT BELIEVE HOW MUCH BETTER it was.  The first night I used it, the first thing I noticed was that that dryness was significantly diminished.

But I noticed that subsides slowly too.  Can cause sore jaw or teeth but I have been acclimated and it is less each night as I get used to sleeping with my mouth closed to keep my jaw forward.  It is been a trip since I am a skinny guy but suffer from asthma and reflux which has exacerbated the issue.  So glad I found this to help for now until I get some permanant answers.  Follow the instructions and watch the video just to be sure you are doing it right.  Takes a while to learn how to sleep with it. if you do that total time to mold at least for me was like 4 minutes total time with prep less than 10. Suffering long covid and developed sleep apnea symptoms almost overnight.  Use bar #3 and it has actually helped realign my jaw and my sleep has improved. Easy to insert and stays put.  For a while was dealing with too much saliva which is no bueno when you are already choking I your sleep.

I had to buy something to help alleviate it and allow my partner to continue to sleep next to me lol and this little product sure does it is job. 18 Jahre liegen diese unglasierten Fliesen und ich habe schon viel probiert.  Dieser Reiniger ist perfekt.  Pur mit dem Lappen über Nacht einwirken lassen, N?chsten Tag mit dem Schrubber & Wasser abgel?st.  Mit Wasser Gewischt bis der Lappen sauber war, Hammerzeug.  Jetzt muss ich die anderen R?ume noch grundreinigen.

Have used two nights and no snoring at all and before the device my snoring was off the charts. Molding process was slightly complicated but with my husband help and the video we were able to accomplish with little problem.  If this continues to work, it is a lifesaver!.  This device is great! My husband does not have to use his CPAP since I got these, but I had still check with your doctor before you stop using your machine.  But for my husband doing a sleep study wearing these, he passed with flying colors. I really did not think these would really do anything but they are great. Ok I have had year round allergies since I was 14  I am 24 now  and I just started using this about a month ago and I really think it helps me.

I am surprised at the way this works.  There is not a lot of pressure holding my chin in place, but it is enough.  I did not have any trouble with the fit.  It also does not leave a strap mark on my face in the morning.  I have not figured out why, because other straps have left a mark.   My skin is sensitive, and no trouble with this fabric.  If I wanted to open my mouth, I could.  It is just a little more effort.  The Velcro that allows you to adjust from huge head to tiny head does not grab my hair either.  In short, they seemed to have taken care of every concern except the fact that you do look ridiculous when wearing.  This is not sexy, but then again, neither is brain fog from lack of sleep, buck teeth, cavities, and snoring.   I may order another so I have one when the other is laundering. The wooden cosmetic spatula was just as I thought it would be and it worked well with providing on the sport sample of our product to customers.

The first few days may not be used to a little, wear a few days to adapt to, the next morning, you can peel the silicone down to wash。 I stopped snoring from the first night! It took me a few nights to get used to wearing it, but after the first few nights I found it very easy to wear. I was very skeptical that this would work, but decided it was worth a try.

I purchased this to cover the tires on my trailer for when it sits , the trailer tires are a bit bigger but great quality much thicker than the aluminum ones that I purchased last time that cracked after 6 months.  I slept alone the night I tried that.

They are extremely comfortable too.  I highly recommend trying the Anti-snoring Devices.  I have used a couple of other devices for my snoring and this product is my favorite.  The low price is terrific, considering the top notch quality. Both my wife and I sleep so much better.

Beide Reiben sind echt scharf und man muss aufpassen, dass man sich nicht schneidet.  Beispiel: Zitronenschale l?sst sich mit einem Zug über die feinere Reibe soweit abreiben, dass man sich direkt eine neue Stelle suchen muss.  Ich kann sie jedem nur empfehlen!. wir benutzen die Reiben jetzt seit 3-4 Wochen und wir benutzen sie gegenüber bisherigen Reiben richtig gerne, da der Aufwand endlich mal entsprechend dem Ergebnis ist.  I was a bit skeptical at first, but of course, trying is believing.

Second tip is you may want to try this  and any  mouthpiece with an apnea jaw strap to help keep your mouth even more firmly aligned and closed upon the mouthpiece. After you insert these nasal dilators they take a few minutes to get used to but then you do not feel them at all.  I snore less when I use these and that has to be a good thing since snoring is associated with brain fog and cardiovascular disease among other maladies.  I like to combine this with lip taping at night before I go to sleep.  I have also noticed feeling more rested when I wake up in the morning - it is hard to put a price on that.  I do not write reviews very often but I felt like this deserves a review.

Tried Flonase as per the instructions.  Within days every allergy symptom but my itchy red and runny eyes went away.  Worst of all is how bad my eyes get red and tear up and itch and hurt all the time.  I waited two weeks but no relief for my eyes.  I did some research and saw that Flonase is a type of cortical steroid so I bought some.  After doubling the dosage my eyes cleared up and now I am allergy free.  Flonase rocks!  I went to my ENT and was told I had vocal nodules from my allergies.  It is a nightmare allergy wise living in south Texas because of the cedar pollen.  I also have a deviated septum which makes my allergies even worse! I literally have allergies all year long. ince childhood I have had intense seasonal allergies.  This is one of those products I tell EVERYONE about! I think it is an absolutely miracle! My vocal nodules are finally gone and I know I have never truly breathed deep like this in my entire life until I took Flonase.  AMAZING and BUY IT! I know you will not regret it!.  Kenalog40 shots have always been my savior but since I lost my insurance I am stuck with OTC.  This is the first time in years I have not had to take at least one Cetirizine  Zyrtec  every single day, and I often took 2 or more in a day.

After about three days my rash went away. This soap is great! I have had a weird rash for the last couple of years.  I still use the surfer soap from time to time on my face because it helps with acme and blemishes.  So I decided to play doctor myself with Mr.  Google.  I would definitely recommend these.  I have tried seeing the doctor about but everything she gives me never works.  Surfer soap was what I prescribed myself.

Buongiorno, io ho risolto così il problema del travaso.  Prendete una normale siringa, tagliate via il pezzo dalla parte dell'ago, fate un buco nel tappo che sia della larghezza della siringa, io ho usato l'accendino per scaldare, inserite la siringa , fermate sotto con la colla a caldo, poi con un imbuto potete travasare senza nessuno spreco, il tappo si può riciclare pe gli altri fustini.  Ho messo le foto spero di esservi stata utile.  Sciant e clair lo usa da sempre è ottimo. sur trois acheter ,deux ne fonctionnait pas ,il y a des opercules sur les piles une foi enlever elle fonctionnent très bien.

They fit my RV with 225x75r16 tires perfect.  Would definately buy again if needed.  They have a soft cotton inner layer and seem to be well made.  Hope they do the same for me. These are very nice wheel covers.
